【摘要】：失地農(nóng)民問(wèn)題是目前我國(guó)政府及社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。新疆近幾年城市化速度加快,伴隨著城區(qū)向外擴(kuò)張的同時(shí)是失地農(nóng)民大量增加。失地農(nóng)民存在著征地補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)低、社會(huì)保障水平低、就業(yè)困難等問(wèn)題。由于新疆農(nóng)村人口中少數(shù)民族比重大,少數(shù)民族農(nóng)民的失地問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)得更為突出。文章從新疆農(nóng)村征地、失地農(nóng)民保障工作入手,對(duì)征地過(guò)程中行政部門(mén)存在的問(wèn)題、失地農(nóng)民保障工作成果以及農(nóng)民保障工作存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,為日后的解決對(duì)策提供相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The problem of land-lost farmers is the focus and hot issue of our government and all walks of life. In recent years, the urbanization rate of Xinjiang has been quickened, and along with the outward expansion of the urban area, the land-lost farmers have increased a lot. There are some problems such as low compensation standard of land requisition, low level of social security, difficulty in employment and so on. Due to the large proportion of ethnic minorities in the rural population of Xinjiang, the problem of land loss of minority farmers is even more prominent. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the administrative departments in the process of land expropriation, the results of the security work of the land-lost peasants and the problems existing in the peasants' security work, starting with the rural land requisition and the security work of the land-lost farmers in Xinjiang. For the future solutions to provide the relevant research basis.
