【摘要】：基本公共服務(wù)均等化是中國(guó)政府的一項(xiàng)重要職能目標(biāo)�；竟卜⻊�(wù)有其特定的疆域,對(duì)這一疆域的合理界定是基本公共服務(wù)供給的重要前提,也是分析供給成效和制定相關(guān)政策的依據(jù)。中國(guó)政府的基本公共服務(wù)在供給中存在著供給不足、供給失衡、供給結(jié)構(gòu)不合理及供給質(zhì)量不高等問(wèn)題,需要在今后的改革實(shí)踐中加以解決。
[Abstract]:Equalization of basic public services is an important functional goal of the Chinese government. Basic public service has its specific territory, the reasonable definition of this territory is an important prerequisite for the supply of basic public services, and is also the basis for analyzing the effectiveness of supply and formulating relevant policies. There are some problems in the supply of basic public service of Chinese government, such as insufficient supply, unbalanced supply, unreasonable supply structure and low supply quality, which need to be solved in the future reform practice.
