農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活境遇及改善策略研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開(kāi)放的持續(xù)深入以及我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)良好的發(fā)展,人們的社會(huì)生活方式也正在發(fā)生深刻的變化,體現(xiàn)之一就是我國(guó)職工的閑暇時(shí)間受到重視。教師職業(yè)不但享有雙休日和法定的節(jié)假日,更有寒暑假的帶薪休假。如何利用閑暇時(shí)間,提升閑暇生活的品質(zhì),正在逐步成為提升我國(guó)教師生活質(zhì)量的重要主題。本研究立足于農(nóng)村教師閑暇生活的考察,關(guān)注農(nóng)村教師閑暇生活現(xiàn)狀,并在探討理論、分析成因基礎(chǔ)上探尋農(nóng)村教師閑暇生活的改善策略。具體而言,本研究主要內(nèi)容有五:第一,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外教師閑暇生活的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,對(duì)農(nóng)村教師、閑暇生活、農(nóng)村教師閑暇生活等概念做出闡釋,以作為本研究的邏輯起點(diǎn)。第二,對(duì)閑暇生活的特征、理論基礎(chǔ)及價(jià)值進(jìn)行探討,以便為探析農(nóng)村教師閑暇生活存在問(wèn)題、成因及解決策略提供理論支撐。第三,對(duì)農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行田野考察。本研究以浙江、四川和河北三省為例,對(duì)樣本學(xué)校的農(nóng)村教師進(jìn)行觀察和深度訪談,以了解我國(guó)農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活的境況與遭遇。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活意識(shí)淡薄,閑暇生活認(rèn)知存在偏差;工作生活時(shí)間占用較大,閑暇時(shí)間不足;經(jīng)濟(jì)水平制約,閑暇活動(dòng)內(nèi)容單調(diào);外部資源缺乏,閑暇活動(dòng)開(kāi)展不足。第四,從三個(gè)維度分析分析農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生緣由。從政府和社會(huì)方面來(lái)看,農(nóng)村教育資金投入不足,農(nóng)村教師社會(huì)地位較低;從農(nóng)村學(xué)校方面來(lái)看,校內(nèi)閑暇氛圍欠濃郁,農(nóng)村教師閑暇理論武裝不足;從農(nóng)村教師自身來(lái)看,閑暇角色認(rèn)知存在偏差,閑暇暢爽體驗(yàn)較少。第五,探尋農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活提升的有效策略。從國(guó)家和社會(huì)層面,需加大改善農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活現(xiàn)狀的資金投入,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活質(zhì)量提升的政策傾斜,完善農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活質(zhì)量提升的社會(huì)保障;從農(nóng)村學(xué)校層面,要營(yíng)造農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活提升的人文環(huán)境,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活提升的管理機(jī)制,搭建農(nóng)村初中教師閑暇生活提升的有力平臺(tái);從農(nóng)村教師自身層面,應(yīng)積極轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)閑暇生活觀念態(tài)度,自覺(jué)改善閑暇生活的內(nèi)容方式。同時(shí)通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外改善農(nóng)村教師閑暇生活的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建提升我國(guó)初中教師閑暇生活品質(zhì)的有效保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the sustained good development of our economy, the social life style of people is also undergoing profound changes, one of which is that the leisure time of workers and staff in our country is paid more attention to. The teaching profession not only enjoys weekends and statutory holidays, but also winter and summer holidays. How to make use of leisure time to improve the quality of leisure life is becoming an important topic of improving the quality of life of teachers in China. Based on the investigation of rural teachers' leisure life, this study focuses on the present situation of rural teachers' leisure life, and probes into the improvement strategies of rural teachers' leisure life on the basis of exploring the theory and analyzing the causes. Specifically, there are five main contents of this study: first, the related researches on the leisure life of teachers at home and abroad are summarized, and the concepts of rural teachers, leisure life and rural teachers' leisure life are explained as the logical starting point of this study. Secondly, the characteristics, theoretical basis and value of leisure life are discussed in order to provide theoretical support for the analysis of the problems, causes and solving strategies of rural teachers' leisure life. Third, the rural junior middle school teachers leisure life of the field investigation. This study takes Zhejiang, Sichuan and Hebei provinces as examples to observe and interview rural teachers in sample schools in order to understand the situation and experience of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life in China. The study found that the rural junior middle school teachers have a weak sense of leisure life, the cognition of leisure life is biased, the working and living time is larger, the leisure time is insufficient, the economic level is restricted, the content of leisure activities is monotonous, and the external resources are lacking. Leisure activities are inadequate. Fourth, from three dimensions analysis of rural junior high school teachers leisure life problems. From the point of view of government and society, the rural education fund is insufficient, the social status of rural teachers is relatively low; from the aspect of rural schools, the leisure atmosphere in the school is not strong enough, the theory of leisure theory of rural teachers is insufficient; from the perspective of rural teachers themselves, There is a deviation in the cognition of leisure role, and the experience of leisure is less. Fifth, to explore the rural junior high school teachers leisure life promotion effective strategy. From the national and social level, it is necessary to increase the investment of funds to improve the present situation of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life, strengthen the policy of improving the quality of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life, and improve the social security of rural junior middle school teachers' leisure life quality. From the level of rural schools, it is necessary to create a humanistic environment for the promotion of leisure life of rural junior high school teachers, to innovate the management mechanism of rural junior high school teachers' leisure life promotion, and to build a powerful platform for rural junior high school teachers' leisure life promotion. From the rural teachers' own level, we should change their attitude towards leisure life and consciously improve the content of leisure life. At the same time, by learning from the successful experience of improving the leisure life of rural teachers in foreign countries, we can construct an effective guarantee mechanism to improve the quality of leisure life of junior high school teachers in our country.
