【摘要】：武陵山片區(qū)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)在呈現(xiàn)出外出務(wù)工浪潮強(qiáng)勢(shì),并彰顯出低層化、兩端化、族群化等特征的同時(shí),還表征出在家就業(yè)勢(shì)頭高漲,并逐漸表露出多元化、高齡化、科技化等特點(diǎn)。但也存在著"就業(yè)渠道不暢通、就業(yè)質(zhì)量欠優(yōu)異、就業(yè)保障不完善"等問(wèn)題,應(yīng)通過(guò)"創(chuàng)設(shè)反哺式的農(nóng)村教育機(jī)制、健全城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展機(jī)制、構(gòu)建政府主導(dǎo)型的公共服務(wù)機(jī)制、發(fā)展前瞻性的社會(huì)保障機(jī)制"等來(lái)提升農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的就業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:The employment of rural labor in Wuling Mountain region shows a strong wave of migrant workers, and shows the characteristics of low-level, two-terminal, and ethnic groups, and at the same time, it also represents the upsurge of employment momentum at home, and gradually shows that the trend of employment at home is increasing, and gradually showing diversification and aging. Scientific and technological characteristics. However, there are still some problems, such as "the employment channels are not smooth, the employment quality is not excellent, the employment security is not perfect" and so on. To improve the employability of rural labor force, the government-oriented public service mechanism and the prospective social security mechanism should be established.
