【摘要】：非繳費(fèi)型養(yǎng)老金是發(fā)展中國家的重要社會保障工具,中國近年來推行的針對農(nóng)村和城鎮(zhèn)居民的養(yǎng)老保險帶有一定的非繳費(fèi)特性。本文根據(jù)新型農(nóng)村社會養(yǎng)老保險制度設(shè)計中60歲以上的居民可以免費(fèi)領(lǐng)取基本養(yǎng)老金這一規(guī)定,設(shè)計斷點(diǎn)回歸,利用中國家庭動態(tài)調(diào)查2012年數(shù)據(jù)考察了非繳費(fèi)型養(yǎng)老金對居民消費(fèi)的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,新農(nóng)保養(yǎng)老金的領(lǐng)取,使家庭非耐久品消費(fèi)顯著上升了15.9%。非耐久品消費(fèi)的上升,主要來自于食物支出的上升。家庭消費(fèi)的變化具有強(qiáng)烈的異質(zhì)性。在老年人獨(dú)居家庭中,食物支出的上升最為明顯;三代人同住的家庭,則呈現(xiàn)教育支出的顯著上升。
[Abstract]:Non-contributory pension is an important social security tool in developing countries. The old-age insurance for rural and urban residents introduced in China in recent years has some characteristics of non-payment. According to the stipulation that the residents over 60 years old can receive the basic pension free of charge in the design of the new rural social old-age insurance system, the design breakpoint returns. The effects of non-contributory pension on residents' consumption were investigated using the data of Chinese Household dynamic Survey in 2012. The empirical results show that the household consumption of non-durable goods has increased by 15. 9%. The rise in non-durable goods consumption comes mainly from rising food spending. The change of household consumption has strong heterogeneity. Among the elderly households living alone, the increase in food expenditure is the most obvious, while that in families with three generations living together shows a marked increase in expenditure on education.
