【摘要】：目前我國老齡化速度加快,高齡化趨勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)重,家庭規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)小型化與家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的裂變,同時(shí)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求的不斷增長且多樣化與供給不足產(chǎn)生了不平衡。因此,本文主要運(yùn)用logistic模型分析了社會(huì)支持對(duì)老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),無論是非正式社會(huì)支持和正式社會(huì)支持對(duì)老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿都具有顯著性的影響。在非正式的社會(huì)支持中,子女提供照料支持多的老人會(huì)偏向居家養(yǎng)老,照料資源少的老人會(huì)選擇機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老。而在正式的社會(huì)支持中,養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)和醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)發(fā)揮社會(huì)保障的作用,享受社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的老年人尤其是農(nóng)村老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿較弱。同時(shí),研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)正式社會(huì)支持的加入并沒有替代子女對(duì)老人的照料與精神支持,且正式支持對(duì)非正式支持存在正向作用。此外,在控制變量中,年齡、性別、教育水平、自評(píng)健康狀況等對(duì)老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿具有顯著的影響。具體而言,年齡和自評(píng)健康對(duì)老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿具有顯著的負(fù)向影響,而女性與教育程度對(duì)老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿具有顯著的正向影響。根據(jù)研究的結(jié)果,本人認(rèn)為機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展應(yīng)以在家庭、社區(qū)與機(jī)構(gòu)三方平衡為基礎(chǔ),提高老年保障水平；并立足于老年人的服務(wù)需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)服務(wù)質(zhì)與量雙線發(fā)展；同時(shí)合理設(shè)計(jì)老年人居家生活環(huán)境,推進(jìn)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)智能化、科技化建設(shè),且發(fā)揮機(jī)構(gòu)的支撐地位,增加養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)人性關(guān)懷。
[Abstract]:At present, the aging speed of our country is speeding up, the trend of aging is becoming more and more serious, the family size is becoming smaller and the family structure is fission, at the same time, the demand for institutional old-age service is increasing, and the diversification and insufficient supply have produced imbalance. Therefore, this paper mainly uses the logistic model to analyze the influence of social support on the institutional pension intention of the elderly. It is found that both informal social support and formal social support have significant effects on the institutional pension willingness of the elderly. In informal social support, the elderly with more child care support will prefer to take care of the elderly at home, while those with less care resources will choose the institutional pension. In the formal social support, old-age insurance and medical insurance play a role in social security, the elderly who enjoy social insurance, especially the elderly in rural areas, are less willing to provide for the aged. At the same time, it is found that formal social support does not replace the care and spiritual support of children to the elderly, and formal support has a positive effect on informal support. In addition, among the control variables, age, sex, education level and self-rated health status had significant effects on the elderly's institutional retirement willingness. Specifically, age and self-assessment health had significant negative effects on the institutional pension willingness of the elderly, while the female and educational level had a significant positive impact on the institutional pension willingness of the elderly. According to the results of the research, I think that the development of institutional old-age service should be based on the balance among family, community and institution to improve the level of old-age security, and to realize the dual development of community service quality and quantity based on the service demand of the elderly. At the same time, we should design the living environment of the elderly reasonably, promote the intelligent and scientific construction of the old-age service, and give full play to the supporting position of the institution, and increase the care of the human nature of the old-age institution.
