【摘要】：正2013年10月,國務(wù)院印發(fā)的《關(guān)于促進健康服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的若干意見》中明確提出,"支持發(fā)展多樣化健康服務(wù),發(fā)展健康文化和旅游。鼓勵有條件的地區(qū)整合當(dāng)?shù)貎?yōu)勢醫(yī)療資源、中醫(yī)藥等特色養(yǎng)生保健資源、綠色生態(tài)旅游資源,發(fā)展養(yǎng)生、體育和醫(yī)療健康旅游"〔1〕。這表明我國老年旅游市場需求旺盛。老年旅游者的增多是社會進步、生活幸福的表現(xiàn),使老年人"老有所樂"是構(gòu)建和諧、積極老齡化社會的關(guān)鍵。但在旅游過程中,老
