【摘要】：貴州三大連片特困地區(qū)扶貧成果顯著,但貧困率依然居高不下,必須優(yōu)化扶貧路徑。在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化方面,更多投向農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣和農(nóng)田基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完善;城鎮(zhèn)化方面,加強農(nóng)民技能培訓和完善城鄉(xiāng)社保體系;工業(yè)化方面,推動特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建立。
[Abstract]:Although the poverty reduction rate is still high in the three special hardship areas of Guizhou Province, the poverty alleviation path must be optimized.In the area of agricultural modernization, more should be devoted to the promotion of agricultural science and technology and the improvement of farmland infrastructure; urbanization, the strengthening of farmers' skills training and the improvement of the urban and rural social security system; and the promotion of processing of characteristic agricultural products in the area of industrialization.Establishment of agricultural industrial parks.
