【摘要】：當(dāng)前陜北地區(qū)農(nóng)民信仰的主要類型包括社會(huì)主義信仰、宗教信仰、迷信信仰、邪教信仰、傳統(tǒng)倫理道德信仰。當(dāng)前陜北地區(qū)農(nóng)民信仰的主要特征是信仰基礎(chǔ)的薄弱性、信仰動(dòng)機(jī)的功利性、信仰選擇的盲目性、信仰客體的多變性和信仰主體的可塑性。當(dāng)前陜北地區(qū)農(nóng)民信仰中存在的主要問題包括社會(huì)主義信仰有一定程度的疏遠(yuǎn)與淡化的問題、傳統(tǒng)倫理道德信仰有所淡漠的問題、宗教信仰錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的問題、封建迷信信仰擾亂視聽的問題、邪教信仰沉渣泛起的問題。當(dāng)前陜北地區(qū)農(nóng)民信仰存在問題的原因,一是蘇東巨變與社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)暫時(shí)處于低潮。二是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的急速發(fā)展與嬗變,主要有地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)社會(huì)發(fā)展差距的擴(kuò)大和社會(huì)的快速分化、改革開放和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)所帶來的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。三是文化環(huán)境對(duì)農(nóng)民信仰的影響,主要是根深蒂固的封建傳統(tǒng)思想的影響、農(nóng)村社會(huì)文化生活的匱乏、農(nóng)村思想政治教育工作不到位。四是農(nóng)民自身的狀況對(duì)其信仰的影響,包括農(nóng)民的精神世界相對(duì)單調(diào)和貧乏、農(nóng)民的自身素質(zhì)和文化程度普遍偏低、對(duì)信仰理解的模糊和信仰意志的脆弱。解決陜北地區(qū)農(nóng)民信仰存在的問題的主要對(duì)策,一是加強(qiáng)陜北農(nóng)村社會(huì)主義教育和基層黨建工作。二是積極營造和優(yōu)化陜北農(nóng)民生存發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)環(huán)境,具體包括大力發(fā)展陜北農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、優(yōu)化農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境;加強(qiáng)陜北社會(huì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)管理、完善農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障體系。三是要為陜北農(nóng)民信仰的良性發(fā)展塑造良好的文化環(huán)境,主要是加強(qiáng)陜北農(nóng)民社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)對(duì)陜北農(nóng)村地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)文化教育、挖掘陜北地區(qū)特有的倫理道德品性的思想引領(lǐng)性。四是要加強(qiáng)對(duì)陜北農(nóng)民信仰的科學(xué)引導(dǎo)和教育,一方面,要加大對(duì)農(nóng)民的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的培育;另一方面,要嚴(yán)格規(guī)范和監(jiān)管民間宗教信仰;三是要嚴(yán)厲打擊不法分子的邪教迷信活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:At present, the main types of farmers' beliefs in northern Shaanxi include socialist belief, religious belief, superstition belief, cult belief and traditional ethical and moral belief.At present, the main characteristics of farmers' belief in northern Shaanxi are the weakness of belief foundation, the utilitarianism of belief motivation, the blindness of belief choice, the variability of belief object and the plasticity of belief subject.At present, the main problems existing in the farmers' beliefs in northern Shaanxi include the alienation and desalination of socialist beliefs, the indifference of traditional ethical and moral beliefs, and the complex problems of religious beliefs.The feudal superstition and belief disturb the audiovisual problems, and the evil cult belief dregs.The reason for the problems of farmers' belief in northern Shaanxi is that the great changes in the Soviet Union and East China and the socialist movement are at a low tide for the time being.The second is the rapid development and evolution of the economy and society, mainly the region, the widening of the gap between urban and rural social development and the rapid differentiation of society, the negative effects brought by the reform and opening up and the market economy.The third is the influence of cultural environment on farmers' beliefs, mainly the influence of deep-rooted feudal traditional thoughts, the lack of social and cultural life in rural areas, and the lack of ideological and political education in rural areas.The fourth is the influence of farmers' own conditions on their beliefs, including the relatively monotonous and poor spiritual world of farmers, the low quality and education of farmers, the vagueness of their understanding of beliefs and the fragility of their belief will.The main countermeasures to solve the problems existing in farmers' beliefs in northern Shaanxi are as follows: first, strengthen socialist education and grass-roots party building in rural areas of northern Shaanxi.The second is to actively create and optimize the economic and social environment for the survival and development of farmers in northern Shaanxi, including vigorously developing rural economy and optimizing the rural economic environment, strengthening social construction and social management in northern Shaanxi, and perfecting the rural social security system.Third, it is necessary to create a good cultural environment for the healthy development of farmers' beliefs in northern Shaanxi, mainly to strengthen the socialist advanced cultural construction of peasants in northern Shaanxi, and to strengthen the traditional cultural education in rural areas of northern Shaanxi.Explore the unique ethical and moral characteristics of Northern Shaanxi ideological guidance.Fourth, to strengthen the scientific guidance and education of farmers' beliefs in Northern Shaanxi, on the one hand, to strengthen the cultivation of farmers' socialist core values, on the other hand, to strictly regulate and supervise folk religious beliefs;Third, it is necessary to crack down on cult superstition activities of illegal elements.
