【摘要】：隨著外出農(nóng)民工生活需求的不斷提升,郊納鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)服務(wù)管理局信息管理難度與日俱增,政府對(duì)人力資源社會(huì)保障管理需求,外出農(nóng)民工數(shù)量日益增多,而作為政府部門,難以掌握外出農(nóng)民工詳細(xì)情況,為了加強(qiáng)對(duì)外出農(nóng)民工的管理,同時(shí),為外出農(nóng)民工提供更好的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),本文結(jié)合郊納鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)民工外出打工的實(shí)際情況提出了本文郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析工作,希望通過(guò)本文研究為郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理提供良好的信息化管理平臺(tái)。本文首先對(duì)郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)原因進(jìn)行分析,介紹郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)的研究?jī)?nèi)容；然后,對(duì)郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理流程進(jìn)行了建模,結(jié)合郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理單位以及管理人員,對(duì)郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理的招工信息管理、外出打工培訓(xùn)管理、外出打工組織管理、應(yīng)聘信息管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模,并且對(duì)流程中不足之處進(jìn)行了改進(jìn);其次,確定了郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)角色,分析角色與用例之間的關(guān)系,并且設(shè)計(jì)了招工信息管理、外出打工培訓(xùn)管理、外出打工組織管理以及應(yīng)聘信息管理等用例,通過(guò)包圖的形式確定郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)；最后,對(duì)郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)類的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,給出郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理的招工信息管理、外出打工培訓(xùn)管理、外出打工組織管理以及應(yīng)聘信息管理等類圖的簡(jiǎn)化結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)實(shí)體類的屬性進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖確定郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表。本文研究的郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理系統(tǒng)是基于郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工管理的實(shí)際需求的,尤其是針對(duì)郊納鎮(zhèn)外出農(nóng)民工較多的情況提供了良好的支持,能夠滿足郊納鎮(zhèn)對(duì)外出農(nóng)民工管理。
