【摘要】：2015年11月共享發(fā)展理念提出后迅速引起了學(xué)者們的關(guān)注,成為了學(xué)術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn)。很多學(xué)者從不同的維度、不同的層次對共享發(fā)展理念進(jìn)行了研究和探討,提出了很多新的觀點(diǎn)和對策。從本質(zhì)上說,共享發(fā)展是一項(xiàng)有針對性、可操作性的戰(zhàn)略方針和戰(zhàn)略思想,實(shí)踐中其內(nèi)涵和意蘊(yùn)還在不斷豐富、嬗變和提升。文章通過全面正確地闡釋共享發(fā)展理念的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和時(shí)代意蘊(yùn),分析共享發(fā)展理念的哲學(xué)向度,探討共享發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)指向,從社會(huì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)與政策、生態(tài)文明、核心價(jià)值、現(xiàn)代化治理、社會(huì)保障體系構(gòu)建等多個(gè)維度提出國家治理視野下共享發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)指向和實(shí)踐策略。
[Abstract]:After the concept of shared development was put forward in November 2015, scholars paid close attention to it and became a hot topic in academic research.Many scholars have studied and discussed the concept of shared development from different dimensions and different levels, and put forward many new viewpoints and countermeasures.In essence, shared development is a targeted and operable strategic policy and strategic thought. In practice, its connotation and implication are constantly enriched, changed and promoted.Through explaining the scientific connotation and age implication of the concept of shared development, analyzing the philosophical direction of the concept of shared development, and discussing the realistic direction of shared development, this paper discusses the social organization structure and policy, ecological civilization and core value.Modern governance, social security system construction and other dimensions of national governance under the vision of shared development of reality and practical strategy.
