工資增長、生育率差異與人力資本積累——基于內(nèi)生生育和退休的動(dòng)態(tài)一般均衡研究

【摘要】:本文結(jié)合我國收入不平等程度較高、計(jì)劃生育政策放松和工資增速轉(zhuǎn)變等特點(diǎn),研究了工資增長對(duì)勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量的影響。研究表明,生育行為受生育數(shù)量和老年閑暇的替代關(guān)系影響,低收入群體生育率較高,質(zhì)量投入較低,退休也較晚,于是工資增長將通過生育率差異影響人力資本積累。通過對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)態(tài)的定量評(píng)估,本文建議為緩解社保資金壓力,政府應(yīng)在短期選擇延遲退休年齡和提高社會(huì)保障稅率、在長期選擇繼續(xù)延遲退休年齡和降低社會(huì)保障稅率的政策組合。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of high income inequality, relaxation of family planning policy and change of wage growth rate in China, this paper studies the influence of wage growth on the quality of labor force.The research shows that fertility behavior is affected by the substitution relationship of fertility quantity and leisure time of the elderly. The low income group has higher fertility rate, lower quality investment and later retirement. Therefore, wage increase will affect human capital accumulation through fertility difference.Through the quantitative evaluation of the transfer dynamics, this paper suggests that in order to alleviate the pressure on social security funds, the government should choose to delay retirement age and raise social security tax rate in the short term.In the long term choose to continue to delay the retirement age and reduce the social security tax rate policy mix.
