【摘要】：社會(huì)凝聚力是維系國(guó)家統(tǒng)一和社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)的紐帶,也是社會(huì)和諧的重要指標(biāo)。社會(huì)凝聚力越強(qiáng),人與人之間的使命感和團(tuán)結(jié)合作精神越強(qiáng),該社會(huì)的和諧程度越高。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,我國(guó)的社會(huì)心態(tài)出現(xiàn)了許多問(wèn)題,而在社會(huì)心態(tài)影響下的社會(huì)凝聚力減弱已成為我國(guó)社會(huì)面臨的重要問(wèn)題。青年作為祖國(guó)的未來(lái)、民族的希望,提升青年社會(huì)凝聚力,關(guān)系到黨和國(guó)家的未來(lái)發(fā)展。本文以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),從社會(huì)心態(tài)的視角出發(fā),研究青年群體社會(huì)凝聚力問(wèn)題。在對(duì)社會(huì)心態(tài)和社會(huì)凝聚力等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了社會(huì)心態(tài)和社會(huì)凝聚力的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,社會(huì)心態(tài)視角下社會(huì)凝聚力的影響因素和中國(guó)社會(huì)凝聚力的特點(diǎn),由此指出提升社會(huì)凝聚力的重要意義。然后通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷分析,指出當(dāng)代中國(guó)青年社會(huì)心態(tài)視角下的社會(huì)凝聚力現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,探尋青年群體對(duì)社會(huì)信任感、社會(huì)歸屬感、公平正義感和社會(huì)歸屬感等影響因素的認(rèn)同程度,以便更好地認(rèn)識(shí)、掌握青年群體的社會(huì)心態(tài)、更清晰地把握青年中社會(huì)凝聚力的變化與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。最后在調(diào)查結(jié)果和影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出提升社會(huì)凝聚力需要遵循以馬克思主義思想理論為指導(dǎo)、以加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨黨內(nèi)建設(shè)為基礎(chǔ)和以與時(shí)俱進(jìn)與以人為本為依托的原則,并分別從理念、關(guān)系和分配層面提出探索提升社會(huì)凝聚力的不同途徑和方法。在理念層面要堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的理論導(dǎo)向,提高社會(huì)責(zé)任感,樹(shù)立正確公共價(jià)值觀,提升社會(huì)認(rèn)同感,加強(qiáng)職業(yè)倫理道德建設(shè),增強(qiáng)社會(huì)歸屬感;在關(guān)系層面要優(yōu)化政府公民間關(guān)系,提升執(zhí)政黨權(quán)威性,完善社會(huì)群體間關(guān)系,提高青年社會(huì)參與度,構(gòu)建和諧公民間關(guān)系,提升青年社會(huì)信任感;在分配層面要合理分配社會(huì)資源,提倡社會(huì)公平正義,完善社會(huì)保障體系,提高青年生活質(zhì)量,共享精神文明成果,提升青年幸福感,從而為科學(xué)地制定有效干預(yù)手段提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Social cohesion is the bond of national unity and social unity, as well as an important indicator of social harmony. The stronger the social cohesion, the stronger the sense of mission and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation among people. The higher the degree of harmony of the society is, the more problems arise in the social psychology of our country during the period of social transformation, and the weakening of the social cohesion under the influence of the social mentality has become an important problem facing our society. The hope of the nation and the promotion of the social cohesion of the youth are related to the future development of the Party and the country. This paper studies the social cohesion of youth groups. On the basis of combing the related concepts such as social mentality and social cohesion, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between social mentality and social cohesion. The influence factors of social cohesion and the characteristics of Chinese social cohesion are pointed out from the perspective of social mentality, and the significance of promoting social cohesion is pointed out. This paper points out the reality of social cohesion from the perspective of contemporary Chinese youth social mentality, and explores the degree of identity of youth groups to social trust, sense of social belonging, sense of justice and justice, and sense of social belonging, so as to better understand the factors, such as social trust, social belonging, and so on. To grasp the social mentality of youth groups and to better understand the changes and development of social cohesion among youth. Finally, on the basis of the results of the investigation and the influencing factors, It is pointed out that to promote social cohesion, we should follow the principles of Marxism as the guidance, strengthening the construction of the ruling party as the foundation, keeping pace with the times and taking the people as the basis. At the level of relationship and distribution, different ways and methods of promoting social cohesion should be explored. At the conceptual level, we should adhere to scientific theoretical guidance, enhance social responsibility, establish correct public values, and promote social identity. Strengthen the construction of professional ethics and morality, strengthen the sense of social belonging, optimize the relationship between government citizens, enhance the authority of the ruling party, perfect the relationship between social groups, enhance the participation of young people in society, and build a harmonious relationship among citizens. To promote the social trust of young people, to allocate social resources reasonably, to promote social equity and justice, to perfect the social security system, to improve the quality of life of young people, to share the achievements of spiritual civilization, and to promote the happiness of young people. So as to provide a reference for the scientific formulation of effective intervention means.
