【摘要】：正在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的推動(dòng)下,從上世紀(jì)九十年代開始,我國(guó)農(nóng)村掀起了進(jìn)城打工潮。國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)顯示,到2015年,農(nóng)民工總數(shù)達(dá)2.77億人,其中,外出農(nóng)民工總數(shù)達(dá)到1.69億人。值得注意的是,盡管外出農(nóng)民工數(shù)量在逐年增加,但2015年的增長(zhǎng)率僅有0.4%,為歷年來最低。這與國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策的出臺(tái),以及農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著密不可分的關(guān)系。一邊是鼓勵(lì)返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的政策和廣闊的農(nóng)村市場(chǎng),另一邊是大城市相對(duì)完善的生活設(shè)施和社會(huì)保障體系,農(nóng)民工在進(jìn)城與返鄉(xiāng)之間有了更大選擇余地。
