【摘要】：公平正義是衡量社會發(fā)展文明程度的重要指標(biāo),人民幸福是實現(xiàn)社會和諧的有力保障。公平正義作為社會主義核心價值觀的重要組成部分,它有助于提升人的道德情操和文化素養(yǎng),有利于協(xié)調(diào)各種利益關(guān)系,為社會的安定和諧提供了正確的價值引導(dǎo),是實現(xiàn)人全面發(fā)展的價值基石。人民幸福作為中國夢的主要內(nèi)容,有助于個人樹立科學(xué)的價值觀念,有利于政府端正執(zhí)政理念、明確發(fā)展目標(biāo),為全面建成小康社會創(chuàng)造了和諧的發(fā)展環(huán)境。當(dāng)前,阻礙人民幸福進程的主要障礙是廣泛存在于各領(lǐng)域中的不公正行為與現(xiàn)象。實現(xiàn)人民幸福、建設(shè)幸福中國,要從落實社會公正入手。通過實現(xiàn)分配公正合理、政治公正清明、發(fā)展機會平等、文化公正引領(lǐng)、人與自然公正和諧,創(chuàng)造一個使百姓尊嚴得到維護、生存發(fā)展得到保障、人民生活幸福滿意的公正社會。本文將從以下幾個方面展開論述:首先,闡述了馬克思主義的公正觀和幸福觀。其中包括:馬克思主義公正觀和幸福觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵與特點;馬克思主義公正觀與幸福觀的時代價值;公平正義與人民幸福之間的辯證關(guān)系。其次,探討在人民幸福實現(xiàn)幸福過程中的主要社會不公問題,并深入分析導(dǎo)致此類不公正現(xiàn)象的根本原因。涉及內(nèi)容主要是:經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域中的財富分配不公、國企與小微企業(yè)地位不平等;政治領(lǐng)域中的制度不公、權(quán)力腐敗;社會領(lǐng)域中的社保、教育和就業(yè)亂象;文化領(lǐng)域中的公正理性缺失和道德公正危機;自然領(lǐng)域中人與自然的不公正關(guān)系。最后,研究討論實現(xiàn)人民幸福的現(xiàn)實路徑。通過在經(jīng)濟、政治、社會、文化和自然領(lǐng)域中全面的落實公平正義,來推動人民幸福的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Fairness and justice is an important index to measure the civilization of social development, and the happiness of the people is a powerful guarantee to achieve social harmony. As an important part of the socialist core values, justice and fairness are important parts of the socialist core values. It helps to promote people's moral sentiment and cultural literacy, to coordinate various interests, and to provide a correct value guide for social stability and harmony. The happiness of the people, as the main content of Chinese Dream, is conducive to the establishment of scientific values by individuals, to the rectification of the governing concept by the government, and to a clear development goal. A harmonious development environment has been created for building a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, the main obstacle to the process of people's happiness is the unjust behaviors and phenomena that widely exist in various fields, so as to realize the people's happiness and build a happy China. We must start with the implementation of social justice. Through the realization of fair distribution, political justice, Pure Brightness, equal opportunities for development, cultural justice, harmony between human and natural justice, the creation of a people's dignity can be safeguarded and their survival and development guaranteed. This article will discuss from the following aspects: firstly, it expounds the Marxist view of justice and happiness, including: the scientific connotation and characteristics of Marxist view of justice and concept of happiness; The historical value of Marxist view of justice and happiness, the dialectical relationship between fairness and justice and the happiness of the people. Secondly, the main social injustice in the process of realizing happiness of the people is discussed. The main contents are: unfair distribution of wealth in the economic field, unequal status between state-owned enterprises and small and micro enterprises, unfair system in the political field, corruption of power; Social security, education and employment disorder in the social field; lack of justice and moral justice in the cultural field; unjust relationship between man and nature in the field of nature. To study and discuss the realistic path to the realization of people's happiness, and to promote the realization of people's happiness through the comprehensive implementation of fairness and justice in the economic, political, social, cultural and natural fields.
