【摘要】：社保檔案管理是一項(xiàng)瑣碎、復(fù)雜而又十分細(xì)致的工作,整理、歸檔的工作量很大。隨著改革形勢的發(fā)展,如何提高檔案管理水平,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、系統(tǒng)、完整地提供檔案信息,以滿足各方面的需求,適應(yīng)日趨發(fā)展的新形勢,這是檔案管理工作的新課題,從而檔案管理的自動(dòng)化為檔案工作揭開了新的篇章。該系統(tǒng)就是在這種背景下展開分析和研究的。天津市社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)源于天津市社保局的真實(shí)需求,在符合國家信息化建設(shè)要求下開展。該系統(tǒng)在C#ASP.NET環(huán)境下開發(fā)以O(shè)racle作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫,根據(jù)天津社保檔案的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)表格結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊、操作流程以及各模塊之間流程關(guān)系的設(shè)計(jì),利用數(shù)據(jù)庫索引、視圖、序列等方式,達(dá)到迅速定位數(shù)據(jù)并簡化數(shù)據(jù)操作,確保了表中的數(shù)據(jù)安全高效利用效果。該系統(tǒng)主要包含六個(gè)大功能模塊,對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的各部分檔案信息進(jìn)行綜合分析與管理,對(duì)各模塊的功能進(jìn)行不同階段的劃分,并且最終完成對(duì)全是各轄區(qū)各類檔案數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一數(shù)字化管理,為天津市社保檔案管理的電子化、智能化和一體化做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The management of social security archives is a trivial, complex and meticulous work. The workload of sorting out and archiving is very large. With the development of the reform situation, how to improve the level of archives management, timely, accurate, systematic and complete to provide archival information, In order to meet the needs of all sides and adapt to the new situation of development day by day, this is a new subject in the work of archives management. Thus, the automation of archives management opens a new chapter for archives work. This system is under this background to carry out analysis and research. Tianjin Social Insurance Archives Information Management system originates from the real demand of Tianjin Social Security Bureau. In accordance with the requirements of national information construction, the system is developed under the C#ASP.NET environment with Oracle as the backstage database. According to the actual situation of Tianjin social security file, the design of data table structure and function module are carried out. The design of operation flow and flow relationship between modules, using database index, view, sequence and so on, can quickly locate data and simplify data operation. The system consists of six major functional modules, which comprehensively analyze and manage the file information generated by the system, and divide the functions of each module into different stages. Finally, the unified digital management of all kinds of archives data is completed, which makes a great contribution to the electronic, intelligent and integrated management of social security archives in Tianjin.
