【摘要】：農村建設問題一直是我國社會發(fā)展進程中的重大問題,長期以來中國共產黨都十分重視農村建設。自黨在十六屆五中全會中明確提出社會主義新農村建設目標始,我國的農村建設再次被提到了一個新的高度。毛澤東在《中華人民共和國第一屆全國人民代表大會第一次會議開幕詞》中就指出:“領導我們事業(yè)的核心力量是中國共產黨。指導我們思想的理論基礎是馬克思列寧主義�！�(1)列寧作為世界第一個實現(xiàn)社會主義由理論到現(xiàn)實飛躍的探索者和領路人,在其卓著的思想理論中,蘊含著豐碩的社會主義革命和社會主義建設的思想理論成果,當然也蘊含著關于在東方落后國家開展農村經濟、政治、文化和社會建設的探索成果。這些思想理論成果無疑對于我們當前推進中國社會主義新農村建設有著重要的指導價值和借鑒價值。本文通過對列寧農村建設思想的系統(tǒng)考察、悉心領會和探析,力圖全面發(fā)掘列寧關于農村建設的思想認識成果,并對這些思想認識成果的歷史貢獻進行辯證評析,最后歸納出列寧農村建設思想對當前我國社會主義新農村建設的有益啟示。本論文主要分為四個部分:第一部分闡釋列寧農村建設思想的相關學理。論文首先對列寧農村建設思想的相關概念進行了闡釋和界定,以確立本文研究的邏輯對象和學術界域�；诟拍罱缍ê�,接著考察了列寧農村建設思想建構的基礎,認為這個基礎主要包含三個方面:馬克思、恩格斯的農村觀為其提供了直接的理論來源;是對俄國民粹派村社思想的辯證揚棄;俄國農村惡劣的現(xiàn)實境況給列寧提出緊迫任務。最后論文概括了列寧農村建設思想建構的幾個重要時期,本文認為,列寧農村建設思想構建的重要時期主要有三個時期:戰(zhàn)時共產主義政策時期、新經濟政策時期以及列寧晚年時期。第二部分系統(tǒng)闡述了列寧農村建設思想的主要內容。這是本文研究的一個重點部分。本文在悉心研讀列寧的相關經典文本、篇章和大量考察近年來國內外學界相關成果的基礎上,系統(tǒng)概括了列寧農村建設思想的主要內容,分別是從政治、經濟、文化和社會建設四個層面總結闡釋了列寧農村建設思想的基本內容。第三部分分析了列寧農村建設思想的歷史貢獻。這部分是本論文研究的一個難點。該部分主要從三個方面概述了列寧農村建設思想的歷史貢獻:一是豐富和發(fā)展了馬恩農村建設思想;二是鞏固了俄國工農聯(lián)盟和新生政權;三是為社會主義國家開辟了馬克思主義民族化的農村建設道路。第四部分探究了列寧農村建設思想對我國社會主義新農村建設的啟示。這部分是本論文的落腳點,同時也是研究的難點和重點。該部分主要是將列寧農村建設思想同我國新農村建設中遇到的問題相結合,提出了列寧農村建設思想對我國社會主義新農村建設的啟示。其啟示也是分別從經濟、政治、文化和社會四個方面去探尋的,認為:首先,要充分保障農民利益,發(fā)揮農民主體地位;其次,要加快農村組織化程度建設;再次,全方位推進農村文化建設;最后,加強農村社會保障制度建設。
[Abstract]:The rural construction has been a major problem in our country in the process of social development, the Communist Party has long China attaches great importance to rural construction. These theoretical results undoubtedly for our construction of a new socialist countryside Chinese has important guiding value and reference value at present. This paper investigates the system of Lenin's thoughts of rural construction, to come and analysis, tries to explore Lenin about rural construction thought the results of these ideas, and understanding of the results of the historical contribution of dialectical analysis, finally summed up the enlightenment thoughts of Lenin rural construction on the current construction of new socialist countryside in our country. This thesis is mainly divided into four parts: the first part explains the related theory of Lenin thought of countryside building. Firstly, the related concepts of Lenin's thoughts of rural construction are explained and defined, to establish the research object logic and academic domain. Based on the definition of the concept, and then studies the column The basic construction of Ning rural construction thoughts, think this foundation mainly includes three aspects: Marx Engels, the rural view has provided direct theoretical source for it; is a dialectical sublation of the Russian populist village thought; the situation of Russian rural poor Lenin to put forward urgent task. At last, this paper summarizes several important periods. The construction of Lenin's rural construction thought in this paper that the important period of Lenin thought of countryside building construction has three main periods: the period of wartime communist policy, new economy policy and Lenin in his old age. The second part introduced the main content of Lenin thought on rural construction. This is a key part of this paper. Based on the related careful reading of Lenin's classic text, text and a lot of investigation in recent years based on the results of study at home and abroad, summarizes Lenin's rural construction The main content of thought, respectively, from the political, economic, cultural and social construction of four aspects illustrates the basic content of Lenin's thoughts of rural construction. The fourth part explores the Enlightenment of Lenin's thoughts of rural construction of the new socialist countryside construction in this section.
