【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,我國(guó)在世紀(jì)之交步入了人口老齡化社會(huì)行列,少數(shù)民族地區(qū)也不例外。如何在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)老人中實(shí)現(xiàn)健康老齡化,尤其是提升女性老人健康老齡化水平是需要我們關(guān)注的。本研究以諾鄧作為研究地點(diǎn),當(dāng)?shù)?0歲及以上的少數(shù)民族老人為研究對(duì)象,從社會(huì)性別視角切入,探尋少數(shù)民族老人的健康老齡化。第一章從人口與地理環(huán)境、歷史沿革、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與文化遺產(chǎn)等方面論述了諾鄧村的基本狀況與基本特征。諾鄧是一個(gè)擁有絕佳自然環(huán)境和豐富自然資源,曾因鹽而興,因鹽而衰,文化遺產(chǎn)和歷史古跡眾多,具有千年歷史文化積淀的滇西村落。村中人口比例相對(duì)協(xié)調(diào),老年人口比例較大。第二章主要對(duì)諾鄧傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老方式和傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老文化進(jìn)行介紹。家庭養(yǎng)老和家族養(yǎng)老是傳統(tǒng)諾鄧的主要養(yǎng)老方式,具有一定的時(shí)代性。諾鄧傳統(tǒng)文化講求敬老、孝老、愛(ài)老、尊老。宗教團(tuán)體充分考慮到性別的差異,使得女性老人也可以參與社會(huì)組織的活動(dòng)。當(dāng)?shù)卣龍?zhí)行相關(guān)養(yǎng)老政策外,還設(shè)置敬老節(jié)等節(jié)日呼吁社會(huì)對(duì)老年人的關(guān)注。這些有益成分對(duì)于我國(guó)健康老齡化事業(yè)發(fā)展具有借鑒意義。第三章以健康老齡化的三個(gè)維度——身體健康、心理健康和社會(huì)適應(yīng),通過(guò)男女的性別差異對(duì)健康老齡化中存在的困境展開(kāi)探討。得出女性老人在患慢性病的時(shí)間與種類(lèi)上多于男性,身體健康自評(píng)狀況差于男性老人;在心理健康方面,女性老人更加想念自己的親人。身體的衰老使其充滿(mǎn)恐懼,挫敗感增強(qiáng),以求死亡來(lái)擺脫不適。閑暇時(shí)間少,娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)單一枯燥;老人們?cè)谏鐣?huì)適應(yīng)上普遍較差,對(duì)于社會(huì)養(yǎng)老較為排斥,女性老人經(jīng)濟(jì)資源相對(duì)匱乏,抵御社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力較差。通過(guò)困境的描述,第四章通過(guò)個(gè)人、家庭、社會(huì)三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行原因分析。老人年齡、婚姻狀況,家庭規(guī)模的縮小、傳統(tǒng)性別觀念和傳統(tǒng)孝文化的缺失,社區(qū)資源不足、醫(yī)療條件滯后,社會(huì)資本和社會(huì)保障制度的不完善都會(huì)對(duì)諾鄧?yán)夏耆说慕】道淆g化產(chǎn)生阻礙。第五章基于問(wèn)題困境和原因分析探討解決路徑,結(jié)合男性和女性老人的差異,提出男女老人要提升保健意識(shí)和注重體育鍛煉,提升自我醫(yī)療水平;對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化應(yīng)“取其精華,去其糟粕”;不斷完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,完善社會(huì)保障,加大健康老齡化的宣傳,因地制宜,開(kāi)拓適合當(dāng)?shù)貭顩r的養(yǎng)老模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, our country has entered the ranks of the aging society at the turn of the century, minority area is no exception. How to achieve healthy aging in the elderly in minority areas, especially to enhance the health level of the elderly aged women need our attention. In this study, Deng Enoch as the research site, the local 60 year old and more minority elderly as the research object, from the gender perspective, to explore the ethnic minority elderly healthy aging. The first chapter from the population and geographical environment, historical evolution, discusses the basic situation of Nuodeng village and the basic characteristics of economic development and cultural heritage.
