【摘要】：自從"南京彭宇案"之后,各種扶老人被訛事件的報道層出不窮,屢見報端和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。本文針對此問題,從被扶老人屢屢訛詐救助者的原因分析入手、深入地探討,提出了"加大對誣陷者的處罰力度"、"堅持公正司法","堅持公正司法,提高司法公信力"以及"完善我國社會保障法律制度"三個方面提出解決的法律方法。
[Abstract]:Since the case of Peng Yu in Nanjing, there have been numerous reports of the false incidents of helping the elderly, often seen in newspapers and on the Internet. This article, in view of this problem, begins with the analysis of the reasons why the elderly have repeatedly blackmailed rescuers, and probes deeply into this issue. The author puts forward three legal methods to solve the problems, such as "increasing the punishment of framing criminals", "insisting on just judicature", "insisting on just judicature, improving judicial credibility" and "perfecting our country's social security legal system".
