【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中,完善的社會(huì)保障體系關(guān)系著改革、發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定的全局。其中,又以社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)作用最為突出。它是整個(gè)社會(huì)保障體系中居于核心地位,極其重要的組成部分,是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)保障的基本綱領(lǐng)。論文通過研究泰安國峰保險(xiǎn)代理有限公司保險(xiǎn)代理管理系統(tǒng),提出了一整套保險(xiǎn)代理的解決方案。首先論文介紹了課題背景、來源和研究意義,對(duì)保險(xiǎn)代理管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究與對(duì)比分析,提出了研究目標(biāo)及內(nèi)容,分析了保險(xiǎn)代理業(yè)務(wù)流程,并對(duì)保險(xiǎn)代理管理業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了功能性需求分析與非功能性需求分析。然后論文介紹了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)原則,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的B/S體系架構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、接口、安全性進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并描述了部分主要模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施效果予以介紹,對(duì)系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的公司管理、客戶管理、單證管理、投保管理、保單管理、結(jié)算管理和協(xié)賠管理等業(yè)務(wù)的功能界面實(shí)現(xiàn)予以了展示。平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)合理,具有穩(wěn)定性、可擴(kuò)展性、易用性等特點(diǎn)。經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益顯著,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以此系統(tǒng)為平臺(tái),可獲得理想的決策支持和管理支持；可方便地進(jìn)行各類協(xié)同管理,為泰安國峰保險(xiǎn)代理有限公司核心競爭力的提升和企業(yè)的社會(huì)價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)。本系統(tǒng)通過運(yùn)用Struts2+Spring+Hibernate+Jbpm3.2框架,實(shí)現(xiàn)了View層與Model層的有效分離,使系統(tǒng)的耦合性大大降低,為將來維護(hù)系統(tǒng)時(shí)能更加方便、快捷。采用Hibernate對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫操作,能快速、有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)訪問功能。采用Mysql作為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)信息可有效地存儲(chǔ)。該系統(tǒng)基于C/S體系架構(gòu),采用最新的J2EE框架進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),采用SQLserver2008數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過JAVA技術(shù)和SQLServer的結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了保單的收付結(jié)算功能。它的特點(diǎn)是操作簡單、使用方便、安全。
[Abstract]:In the market economy, the perfect social security system is related to the overall situation of reform, development and stability. By studying the insurance agent management system of Taian Guofeng Insurance Agency Co., Ltd, this paper puts forward a set of solutions for insurance agent. Firstly, the paper introduces the background, source and significance of the research. The present situation of insurance agent management system is studied and compared, the research goal and content are put forward, and the business process of insurance agent is analyzed. Then the paper introduces the principle of system construction, and introduces the system architecture, function structure, database, network topology, interface of the system, and analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the insurance agent management business process, and then introduces the system construction principle, the system structure, the function structure, the database, the network topology structure, the interface. Finally, the implementation effect of the system is introduced, including company management, customer management, document management, insurance management, policy management, etc. The design of the platform is reasonable, stable, extensible and easy to use. The economic and social benefits are remarkable. The project manager and leaders at all levels take this system as the platform. Can obtain ideal decision support and management support; can easily carry out all kinds of collaborative management, It lays a solid foundation platform for the promotion of the core competence of Taian Guofeng Insurance Agency Co., Ltd and the realization of the social value of the enterprise. By using the framework of Struts2 Spring Hibernate Jbpm3.2, the system realizes the effective separation of View layer and Model layer. The coupling of the system is greatly reduced, and it is more convenient and fast to maintain the system in the future. Using Hibernate to operate the database can realize the function of data access quickly and effectively. Mysql is used as the database of the system. The system is based on the C / S architecture and is implemented with the latest J2EE framework. The SQLserver2008 database system is used as the backstage database, and the combination of JAVA technology and SQLServer is adopted. It is easy to operate, easy to use and safe.
