社會(huì)保障對(duì)女性農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)知的影響研究

【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)80年代后期改革開放伊始,農(nóng)村進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員作為一支新興的勞動(dòng)隊(duì)伍,日漸成為我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的"主力軍"。他們?cè)诔鞘兄忻媾R巨大工作風(fēng)險(xiǎn),亟需社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)支持以解決其在城市生活的后顧之憂。而"女性農(nóng)民工"作為諾大城市中的"雙重弱勢(shì)群體",其在城市中的物質(zhì)生活及精神生活不盡如人意。一些"有形"及"無形"的因素模糊著她們的身份認(rèn)知,阻礙其城鎮(zhèn)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)。但女性農(nóng)民工具備城鎮(zhèn)職工身份認(rèn)知是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工城鎮(zhèn)化的重要一步,只有實(shí)現(xiàn)"母親城鎮(zhèn)化",才可能舉家遷入城市實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭的城鎮(zhèn)化,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)人的城鎮(zhèn)化。因而,在我國推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化取得新進(jìn)展、亟待縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距的背景下,農(nóng)村進(jìn)城務(wù)工女性的城鎮(zhèn)身份認(rèn)知日益成為一個(gè)具有鮮明中國特色的研究課題,但目前針對(duì)女性農(nóng)民工的探討主要聚焦于理論分析,缺乏完善而具體的經(jīng)驗(yàn)支持。因此,本文以社會(huì)保障為研究視角,以身份認(rèn)同理論為邏輯支撐,從心理認(rèn)知層面探究促進(jìn)女性農(nóng)民工快速適應(yīng)城市的路徑。在考察浙江省女性農(nóng)民工社會(huì)保障的參保現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析影響與模糊女性農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)知的因素,并據(jù)此提出促進(jìn)女性農(nóng)民工轉(zhuǎn)變城鎮(zhèn)職工身份認(rèn)知的相關(guān)對(duì)策。本文基于浙江省女性農(nóng)民工社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參與現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,實(shí)證探究影響女性農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)知的因素。首先在借鑒前人成熟量表的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,采用信度與效度檢驗(yàn)預(yù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)以考察量表的可信度與可行性;其次,先后對(duì)浙江省女性農(nóng)民工個(gè)體基本特征、就業(yè)特征、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)參,F(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì);隨后采用獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)、交叉列聯(lián)表等方法,分析浙江省農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)知的性別差異及影響因素,并依次將通過顯著性檢驗(yàn)的影響因素納入二元Logistic回歸方程進(jìn)一步探究女性農(nóng)民工城鎮(zhèn)職工身份認(rèn)知轉(zhuǎn)變的影響因素。最后,從總體上闡述模型的回歸效果,結(jié)合理論與實(shí)際,對(duì)各個(gè)層面的影響因素進(jìn)行具體解釋?偨Y(jié)全文,在實(shí)證研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,得出本文的研究結(jié)論;在參考有關(guān)學(xué)者先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出從養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、生育、工傷、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)及保障性住房等方面采取措施促進(jìn)女性農(nóng)民工轉(zhuǎn)變城鎮(zhèn)職工身份認(rèn)知的針對(duì)性建議。本文的研究結(jié)論主要體現(xiàn)在:(1)個(gè)體基本特征包括年齡、學(xué)歷、簽訂勞動(dòng)合同、在本公司工作年限等因素對(duì)女性農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)知有顯著性影響;(2)社會(huì)福利方面,如是否有生育二胎的意愿、是否曾經(jīng)享受過保障性住房這些因素對(duì)女性農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)知有顯著性影響;(3)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)層面中參與養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、生育保險(xiǎn)、工傷保險(xiǎn)與失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)與女性農(nóng)民工城鎮(zhèn)身份認(rèn)知呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(4)工作因素層面中公司的女職工能夠享受"四期"特殊待遇、公司對(duì)男女職工一視同仁等因素與女性農(nóng)民工城鎮(zhèn)職工身份認(rèn)知呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of reform and opening up in late 1980s, rural migrant workers, as a new labor force, have gradually become the "main force" of China's modernization drive. They face enormous work risks in the cities. Social security support is urgently needed to solve their worries in urban life. As a "double vulnerable group" in big cities, "female migrant workers" have less material and spiritual life in the cities. "tangible" and "invisible" factors obscure their identity, However, it is an important step to realize the urbanization of migrant workers. Only by realizing the "mother urbanization", can the whole family move to the city to realize the urbanization of the family. Therefore, under the background of the new urbanization in our country and the urgent need to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, the recognition of urban identity of rural migrant women has increasingly become a research subject with distinct Chinese characteristics. However, the current discussion on female migrant workers is mainly focused on theoretical analysis, lacking of perfect and concrete empirical support. Therefore, this paper takes the social security as the research perspective and the identity theory as the logical support. On the basis of investigating the status quo of social security of female migrant workers in Zhejiang Province, this paper further analyzes the factors that affect and obscure the identity cognition of female migrant workers. Based on the investigation of the status quo of female migrant workers in Zhejiang Province, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the female migrant workers to change their identity cognition in cities and towns. Empirical study of the impact of female migrant workers identity cognitive factors. Firstly, based on the previous mature questionnaire design questionnaire, using reliability and validity to test the pre-survey data to investigate the reliability and feasibility of the scale; second, The basic characteristics of female migrant workers in Zhejiang Province, employment characteristics, social insurance status quo are described successively, and then the independent sample T test, cross-list table and other methods are used. This paper analyzes the gender differences and influencing factors of migrant workers' identity cognition in Zhejiang Province, and further explores the influencing factors of identity cognition transformation of female migrant workers in cities and towns by incorporating the influencing factors through significance test into the binary Logistic regression equation. On the whole, the regression effect of the model is expounded, and the influence factors at various levels are explained concretely in combination with theory and practice. The full text is summarized, and the conclusion of this paper is drawn on the basis of the empirical research results. On the basis of referring to the advanced experience of relevant scholars, it is proposed that the pension, medical treatment, childbirth, industrial injury, Unemployment insurance and affordable housing and other measures to promote female migrant workers to change the identity of urban workers, the main conclusions of this study are: 1) the basic characteristics of the individual, including age, education, labor contracts, In terms of social welfare, such factors as the years of service of the company have a significant impact on the identity cognition of female migrant workers, such as whether there is a willingness to have a second child, Have you ever enjoyed affordable housing? these factors have a significant impact on the identity cognition of women migrant workers?) participation in old-age insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance in the social insurance level. There is a positive correlation between industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance and female migrant workers' urban identity cognition. (4) in the aspect of working factors, the female employees of the company can enjoy the special treatment of "four periods". Factors such as equal treatment for male and female workers in the company are positively correlated with the identity cognition of female migrant workers in cities and towns.
