【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會(huì)保障制度的不斷完善,住房公積金越來越受到大家的關(guān)注。大家的生活水平在提高,對(duì)住房的需要也在不斷提高,住房公積金的流動(dòng)性也隨之增加。在這個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,為了能更好的管理公積金必須有一套完善的管理系統(tǒng)來控制公積金的匯劃業(yè)務(wù)。系統(tǒng)要求根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)模式調(diào)整后的資金匯劃業(yè)務(wù)流程、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制要求、信息系統(tǒng)界面起草,用于規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)模式調(diào)整后住房公積金資金匯劃業(yè)務(wù)辦理工作,方便相關(guān)工作人員對(duì)資金進(jìn)行管理,提高工作效率。本項(xiàng)目結(jié)合天津市住房公積金管理中心歸集、提取、貸款、資金調(diào)度等各類業(yè)務(wù)的資金匯劃處理流程,旨在規(guī)范住房公積金及其他房改資金的收付、防范資金劃撥風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、保證資金安全,促進(jìn)住房公積金資金劃撥工作的有序開展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the social security system, more and more attention has been paid to the housing accumulation fund. The mobility of housing provident funds has also increased. In this cyber age, In order to better manage the accumulation fund, it is necessary to have a set of perfect management system to control the converging business of the provident fund. It is used to standardize the management of housing provident fund funds after the adjustment of business model, to facilitate the relevant staff to manage the funds and to improve the working efficiency. This project combines with Tianjin Housing Provident Fund Management Center to collect, extract and lend, The flow of fund transfer in various business such as fund dispatching aims to standardize the receipt and payment of housing accumulation fund and other housing reform funds, guard against the risk of fund transfer, ensure the safety of funds, and promote the orderly development of housing provident fund fund transfer work.
