【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)60年代起,有關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的理論探討和實(shí)踐,一直就在各種試錯(cuò)性中推進(jìn)。規(guī)劃和構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì),無論對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家而言,都是一個(gè)歷史性機(jī)遇。隨著理論研究的不斷深入,學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)理論不再停留在構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的必要性和可能性的論證上,更重要的在于實(shí)踐,實(shí)際地研究構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)中所存在的一系列落地難題,并針對(duì)這些難題給出合情合理的解決方案。本文即是在馬克思主義理論視域下,立足馬克思主義中國(guó)化的歷史進(jìn)程,對(duì)構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)及其策略進(jìn)行探究。本文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,主要對(duì)研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路與基本研究方法進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述;第二部分論述了中國(guó)特色學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)構(gòu)建的理論依據(jù);第三部分論述了國(guó)內(nèi)外構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的具體實(shí)踐,分析對(duì)比了各國(guó)在學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)構(gòu)建過程中的特點(diǎn)和取得成果;第四部分是本文論述重點(diǎn),主要從個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)、終身教育體系設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織與構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)保障機(jī)制等四個(gè)方面來論述構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的策略。學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)理論的研究與國(guó)家、民族、個(gè)人的前途和命運(yùn)息息相關(guān)。因此,在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,須充分肯定構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的重要意義,不斷推進(jìn)對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)與構(gòu)建策略的學(xué)術(shù)研究,以此指導(dǎo)中國(guó)特色學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的形成與發(fā)展,推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步與實(shí)現(xiàn)每個(gè)人個(gè)性充分、全面、自由的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since -40s, the theory and practice of the learning society have been pushed forward among all kinds of trial and error. The planning and construction of the learning society, whether for developed or developing countries, With the deepening of theoretical research, the theory of learning society no longer stays in the argumentation of the necessity and possibility of building a learning society, but more importantly lies in practice. This paper studies a series of landing problems in constructing a learning society, and gives a reasonable solution to these problems. This paper is based on the historical process of Sinicization of Marxism from the perspective of Marxist theory. This article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly to the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research thought and the basic research method carries on the brief introduction; The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the construction of the learning society with Chinese characteristics, the third part discusses the concrete practice of constructing the learning society at home and abroad, and analyzes and compares the characteristics and achievements of various countries in the process of constructing the learning society. Part 4th is the focus of this paper, mainly from the individual learning, lifelong education system design, This paper discusses the strategies of constructing learning society with Chinese characteristics from four aspects: constructing learning organization and constructing learning social security mechanism. The study of learning society theory is closely related to the future and destiny of country, nation and individual. In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of constructing a learning society should be fully affirmed, and the academic research on the foundation and strategy of the construction of a learning society in China should be continuously promoted in order to guide the formation and development of a learning society with Chinese characteristics. Promote social progress and achieve the full, comprehensive and free development of everyone's personality.
