【摘要】：國內(nèi)對于社會建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)研究開始于改革開放之后,圍繞社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),致力于解決社會問題,在促進(jìn)社會發(fā)展方向的研究積累了很多重要的理論成果。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)之后,圍繞建設(shè)中國特色社會主義和諧社會的新任務(wù),學(xué)術(shù)界從不同的學(xué)科、層次及角度就我國社會建設(shè)的基本內(nèi)涵、理論淵源、歷史地位、原則方針等焦點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的探索。黨的十八大以來,我國社會事業(yè)建設(shè)總體布局由“四位一體”上升到“五位一體”,突出了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)在社會建設(shè)中的重要地位,更加注重人與自然的和諧可持續(xù)發(fā)展�；凇拔逦灰惑w”成為我國社會事業(yè)建設(shè)的總體布局時間還比較短,還沒有形成一個完善的理論體系,加之當(dāng)前我國社會建設(shè)還存在不少薄弱之處,本文試圖運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動態(tài)變化分析法,深入分析中國特色社會主義背景下的社會建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐問題,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)新形勢發(fā)展需要的社會建設(shè)理論體系。論文以中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐研究為選題,以當(dāng)前中國社會改革與建設(shè)為背景,深入闡述了社會建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵,論證了社會建設(shè)的重要性與長期性。在全面總結(jié)我國社會建設(shè)的歷程與特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對我國社會建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找到存在的問題及其原因,提出了加強(qiáng)社會建設(shè)應(yīng)堅持的原則、要求與目標(biāo)任務(wù),在進(jìn)一步深入分析社會建設(shè)系統(tǒng)要素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了社會建設(shè)的條件支撐及制度保障,從而系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了從宏觀到微觀的中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)理論體系。論文在研究方法上注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,涉及的主要研究方法包括文獻(xiàn)分析法、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法、實(shí)證分析法、系統(tǒng)動態(tài)變化分析法等。在研究過程中突出理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,既注重理論又強(qiáng)調(diào)實(shí)證,應(yīng)用理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,總結(jié)實(shí)踐豐富理論,使研究成果既具有理論依據(jù),又具有可操作性、針對性。本文共分引言、正文七章、結(jié)語三個部分。引言主要介紹了論文研究的背景及意義,文獻(xiàn)與研究綜述、研究思路與方法以及論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與預(yù)期研究成果。第一章深入闡述了中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)內(nèi)涵與相關(guān)概念。主要包括社會建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、及其與“五位一體”、社會現(xiàn)代化、社會管理等基本概念的關(guān)系,論證了加強(qiáng)社會建設(shè)的重要性和長期性。本文認(rèn)為,社會建設(shè)內(nèi)涵可以從以下三個方面加以理解：第一,實(shí)體建設(shè)維度,主要內(nèi)容有社會組織建設(shè)、社會事業(yè)建設(shè)等；第二,制度建設(shè)維度,主要包括社會建設(shè)體制建設(shè)、社會運(yùn)行機(jī)制建設(shè)、社會利益調(diào)整機(jī)制建設(shè)等；第三,結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整維度,主要內(nèi)容是社會建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新、社會結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與調(diào)整等。第二章全面梳理了我國社會建設(shè)的理論與實(shí)踐。主要內(nèi)容包括社會建設(shè)理論的形成背景及其發(fā)展演變歷程,社會建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容以及社會建設(shè)的歷程與特征等。本文認(rèn)為,社會建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)闡釋為本文認(rèn)為,社會建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)闡釋為加快社會事業(yè)改革、建立健全社會保障制度、積極培育社會組織、不斷創(chuàng)新社會管理體制機(jī)制五個方面。第三章深入分析了我國社會建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀。主要內(nèi)容包括我國社會建設(shè)的輝煌成就,當(dāng)前存在問題及原因分析,以及我國社會建設(shè)的總體特征及其發(fā)展趨勢。本文認(rèn)為,在社會建設(shè)的進(jìn)程中,我國在各領(lǐng)域都取得了顯著的成就。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,社會建設(shè)又面臨很多問題和矛盾亟待解決,尤其是與民生事業(yè)密切關(guān)聯(lián)的收入分配、醫(yī)療、就業(yè)、社會保障等問題。究其原因,主要是社會結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、社會體制不健全、社會事業(yè)投入不足等方面。第四章提出了中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)原則、要求、目標(biāo)任務(wù),從整體上勾勒了我國社會建設(shè)的宏偉藍(lán)圖。本文認(rèn)為,加強(qiáng)社會建設(shè)應(yīng)堅持以人為本、公平正義、有序推進(jìn)的原則,以深入落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為行動指南,以推進(jìn)民生持續(xù)改善為重點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)構(gòu)建合理公平的社會利益格局、增進(jìn)全體人民的共同福祉、不斷優(yōu)化社會結(jié)構(gòu)的總體目標(biāo)。第五章深入研究了中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)系統(tǒng)要素。主要包括社會建設(shè)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變、社會建設(shè)的主體、強(qiáng)化社會建設(shè)重要力量、抓住社會建設(shè)重點(diǎn)以及夯實(shí)社會建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)路徑等方面的內(nèi)容。分析社會建設(shè)的要素過程中,本文創(chuàng)新性的構(gòu)建了社會建設(shè)的四元主體模型,并以此為基礎(chǔ)分析了我國社會建設(shè)主體的階段性演變過程,指出了主導(dǎo)驅(qū)動力在變化的同時四面體的結(jié)構(gòu)也在變化,且趨向于更加穩(wěn)定的正四面體結(jié)構(gòu)。第六章提出中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)條件支撐。本文認(rèn)為,社會建設(shè)的條件支撐重點(diǎn)是健全社會建設(shè)法治與科學(xué)施政。第七章提出了中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)制度保障。從加強(qiáng)社會建設(shè)的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、注重政府責(zé)任主體建設(shè)以及完善社會建設(shè)制度基礎(chǔ)等三方面加以闡述。文章最后結(jié)語部分主要總結(jié)了本文的主題思想,即如何在改善民生和加強(qiáng)社會治理中推進(jìn)社會建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The system of social construction began after the reform and opening up, focus on the construction of socialist market economy, is committed to solve social problems, accumulated a lot of important theoretical achievements in the research to promote the direction of social development. The fifth chapter further construction elements of the social system study on the Chinese characteristics.
