【摘要】：作為各企事業(yè)單位人事管理的基礎性內(nèi)容,人事檔案涵蓋管理對象個人身份、學歷以及工作經(jīng)歷等相關內(nèi)容,是個人成長與發(fā)展的重要記錄,在職稱評定、社會保障等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。在當前信息化技術不斷發(fā)展的時代背景下,人事檔案管理工作信息化建設成為了大勢所趨,通過計算機和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應用,能夠擺脫以往紙質(zhì)檔案管理工作存儲、調(diào)用、文件送達等方面效率不高的限制,適應當前時代發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需求,促進相關行業(yè)人事檔案管理信息化技術應用與改革實效性的不斷提升。本文探討了新形勢下醫(yī)院人事檔案管理信息化建設的相關內(nèi)容,旨在提供一定的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the basic content of personnel management in various enterprises and institutions, personnel files cover the personal identity, educational background and work experience of the object under management, and are important records of personal growth and development. Social security and other aspects play an important role. Under the background of the continuous development of information technology, the information construction of personnel archives management has become the trend of the times, through the application of computers and the Internet, To be able to get rid of the limitations of inefficient storage, call and file delivery in the management of paper archives in the past, so as to meet the practical needs of the development of the present era, This paper discusses the relevant contents of hospital personnel archives management informatization construction under the new situation in order to provide certain reference and reference.
