臨汾市新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)培訓(xùn)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,新生代農(nóng)民工群體在我國城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)這個大舞臺上已經(jīng)成為了主角。從2010年的中央一號文件首次提出了新生代農(nóng)民工的概念,到2014年出臺的一系列政策,如《國務(wù)院關(guān)于進一步做好為農(nóng)民工服務(wù)工作的意見》、《國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃(2014-2020)》,其目的都是為了提升新生代農(nóng)民工的素質(zhì)和技能,以便能更好的運用到社會和工作中。本文采用文獻綜述法、實地調(diào)研法、比較分析法、問卷調(diào)查法的研究方法,在借鑒國內(nèi)和國外經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,立足于臨汾市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的基本情況進行抽樣調(diào)查,同時對目前在臨汾市新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)培訓(xùn)中存在的問題進行分析研究,主要從政府、企業(yè)、培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)和新生代農(nóng)民工本身這四個層面進行探究,最后提出相對應(yīng)的建議。本文基于臨汾市新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀分析,主要從其規(guī)模、收入、年齡及受教育、行業(yè)分布、社會保障、培訓(xùn)基本情況、培訓(xùn)的原因、組織者、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容以及培訓(xùn)滿意度等方面分析,來闡述臨汾市新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)有的政策以及存在不足之處。通過對農(nóng)民工進行職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)可以提高綜合素質(zhì)和職業(yè)技能,提升自身價值,增加農(nóng)民工收入,有利于提高臨汾市就業(yè)率、勞動生產(chǎn)率,進而提升其收入水平。同時,提升了臨汾市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和轉(zhuǎn)型需求起到積極推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's social economy, the new generation of migrant workers has become the protagonist on the stage of urban and rural construction in China. Since 2010, the concept of the new generation of migrant workers has been put forward for the first time in the first document of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China. By 2014, a series of policies, such as the State Council's opinions on further serving migrant Workers and the National New urbanization Plan 2014-2020, were all aimed at improving the quality and skills of the new generation of migrant workers. In order to better apply to the society and work. This paper adopts literature review method, field investigation method, comparative analysis method, questionnaire method research methods, based on the domestic and foreign experience, based on the economic development of Linfen City, The basic situation of the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers is sampled and the problems existing in the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in Linfen City are analyzed and studied, mainly from the government and enterprises. The training institutions and the new generation of migrant workers themselves to explore the four levels, and finally put forward corresponding suggestions. Based on the Linfen City of the new generation of migrant workers vocational training status analysis, mainly from its size, income, age and education, Industry distribution, social security, basic training situation, reasons for training, organizers, training content and training satisfaction, etc. To explain the existing policies and shortcomings of the new generation of migrant workers vocational training in Linfen City. Through the vocational skills training of migrant workers, we can improve the comprehensive quality and vocational skills, enhance their own value, increase the income of migrant workers. It is beneficial to raise the employment rate, labor productivity and income level of Linfen City. At the same time, it promotes the economic development level of Linfen City and promotes the demand for industrial upgrading and transformation.
