【摘要】：當(dāng)前，中國(guó)正處在全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展新階段。在改革開放、社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中，社會(huì)保障缺失、就業(yè)壓力加大、收入分配差距擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)加劇等社會(huì)矛盾也隨之日益突顯出來。職工生產(chǎn)生活安全感下降，職工合法權(quán)益受侵害事件屢見不鮮。社會(huì)不穩(wěn)定因素的增加，給職工思想上帶來許多新的問題和困惑。因此，充分發(fā)揮工會(huì)思想政治工作在推動(dòng)改革、促進(jìn)發(fā)展、維護(hù)穩(wěn)定中的作用，用馬列主義、毛澤東思想和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系武裝職工頭腦，凝聚人心，理順情緒，激發(fā)廣大職工群眾堅(jiān)定必勝信心，萬眾一心地去戰(zhàn)勝困難和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，保證中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的順利發(fā)展，用創(chuàng)造性的勞動(dòng)開創(chuàng)自己的幸福生活和美好未來，，就顯得更為重要與迫切。 鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）工會(huì)作為擁有地方工會(huì)和基層工會(huì)雙重職能的重要組織，客觀上要求加強(qiáng)對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)基層工會(huì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，發(fā)揮工會(huì)組織的作用，結(jié)合實(shí)際履行思想政治教育職能，從根本上維護(hù)職工的合法權(quán)益。職工群眾只有具備了較高的思想政治素質(zhì)和文化技術(shù)素質(zhì)，才有助于使他們更好地發(fā)揮主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性，更好地維護(hù)自身權(quán)益。職工思想政治素質(zhì)和文化技術(shù)素質(zhì)的提高是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）工會(huì)履職能力全面提升的保證，是社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)整體水平全面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。 本文共分為4章：第1章緒論部分主要闡述了論文的形成及研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路、研究方法、創(chuàng)新之處及不足；第2章對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）工會(huì)的地位、職能、履職對(duì)象和履行思想政治教育職能的主要任務(wù)、主要內(nèi)容及必要性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述；第3章針對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）工會(huì)履行思想政治教育職能的優(yōu)勢(shì)和問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析；第4章結(jié)合實(shí)際情況探索了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）工會(huì)履行思想政治教育職能的有效方法和途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese is building a comprehensive well-off society and the new development stage of accelerating the construction of socialist modernization. In the process of reform and opening up, the development of the socialist market economy, lack of social security, employment pressure is increased and the widening income gap trend intensified social contradictions have become increasingly prominent. Production and life safety of workers sense of decline, the legitimate rights and interests employees of the infringement. It is often seen. increasing social instability, to the workers thought has brought many new problems and puzzles. Therefore, give full play to the ideological and political work in promoting development, promote the reform, to maintain the stability of the role, with the mind, the theoretical system of Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought and the Socialist Workers armed China characteristics of cohesion of the people, manage emotions, arouse the masses of workers to strengthen confidence, to overcome the difficulties and risks of million people united as one man, in which The smooth development of the cause of socialism with national characteristics and the creation of a happy life and a better future with creative labor are more important and urgent.
Township (street) union as an important organization with local trade unions and trade unions functions, requires strengthening of regional grassroots trade union leadership, play the role of trade unions, combined with the actual performance of the ideological and political education function, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers from the root. The masses of workers only have a high ideological and political quality and the quality of culture and technology, it helps to make them better play the initiative and creativity, to better protect their own interests. Ideological and political qualities and cultural technology is improving the quality of the township (street) industry will enhance the ability to perform their duties to ensure the overall level, is the basis of social practice of comprehensive development.
This paper is divided into 4 chapters: the first chapter mainly elaborates the significance, formation and research papers research status, research ideas, research methods, innovation and deficiencies; the second chapter of the township (street) the status of trade unions to perform their duties, functions, objects and perform the main task of Ideological and political education function, main content and the necessity of systematically; the third chapter in the township (street) carried out a detailed analysis of the advantages and problems of trade unions to perform the functions of the ideological and political education; the fourth chapter combined with the actual situation of the township (street) to explore the effective methods and ways of trade unions to perform the functions of Ideological and political education.
