【摘要】：江西省每年除舉辦常規(guī)性的綜合性體育賽事外,還主辦和承辦過國(guó)家、國(guó)際性的綜合性體育賽事:一是2004年在宜春舉辦的全國(guó)第五屆農(nóng)民運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。二是2011年在南昌進(jìn)行的第七屆全國(guó)城市運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。這些綜合性賽事的舉辦對(duì)江西的各方面發(fā)展起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。雖然江西省內(nèi)舉辦的各級(jí)綜合性體育賽事在規(guī)模、規(guī)格上越來越大,但賽事組織管理方面還有可提高的空間。鑒于此,本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料調(diào)研法、專家訪談法、實(shí)踐調(diào)查法等方法,以江西省綜合性體育賽事為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)江西省綜合性體育賽事組織與管理進(jìn)行研究得出以下結(jié)論和建議:1、江西省綜合性體育賽事的舉辦以以下3點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ):(1)江西省的綜合性體育賽事組委會(huì)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)為職能型賽事結(jié)構(gòu),各部門計(jì)劃詳細(xì)、分工明確,組委會(huì)各部門間聯(lián)動(dòng)溝通協(xié)調(diào),共同實(shí)現(xiàn)體育賽事組織管理的各項(xiàng)工作。(2)江西省綜合型體育賽事組織管理過程整體可劃分為五個(gè)階段,分別是:啟動(dòng)階段,籌備階段、賽前準(zhǔn)備階段、賽事階段以及結(jié)尾階段。作為一場(chǎng)完整的綜合型體育賽事,強(qiáng)調(diào)全局性,整個(gè)賽事組織過程中的每一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)都是核心。只有把有關(guān)賽事組織過程的每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)、每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)都做到位,才是把整個(gè)賽事順利完成的前提基礎(chǔ)、也是根本保障。(3)江西省的綜合體育賽事的外溢社會(huì)價(jià)值來源于賽事組織管理的成功。賽事的各項(xiàng)組織管理工作已逐漸形成規(guī)范模式并趨于完善,但在組織賽事過程中還有細(xì)節(jié)性的工作環(huán)節(jié)需要改進(jìn),才能讓賽事質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步提高。2、江西省的綜合性體育賽事的舉辦對(duì)江西所產(chǎn)生的價(jià)值有:(1)促進(jìn)了江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。(2)促進(jìn)了全民健身事業(yè)發(fā)展、強(qiáng)化了終身體育意識(shí)。(3)促進(jìn)了江西省的文化、紅色文化的交流與傳播。(4)體育賽事催生和完善了江西人民的社會(huì)保障制度,豐富了惠民內(nèi)容。(5)綜合性賽事的辦賽目標(biāo)增強(qiáng)了江西人民追求綠色、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念。(6)促進(jìn)了江西省競(jìng)技體育訓(xùn)練水平及條件,培養(yǎng)了體育、賽事組織管理人才。(7)改善了城市環(huán)境、完善了城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、創(chuàng)造了宜居宜業(yè)的城市形象。3、對(duì)江西省綜合性體育賽事組織管理的建議:建議江西省在舉辦綜合性體育賽事時(shí),從大局出發(fā),長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)看待本省體育的發(fā)展;把握賽事賽區(qū)工作、細(xì)節(jié)著手提高賽事整體質(zhì)量;強(qiáng)調(diào)賽事的社會(huì)化,擴(kuò)寬賽事資金來源渠道;營(yíng)造更廣泛的賽事宣傳氛圍,擴(kuò)大賽事觀眾基數(shù)。各賽事組織部門工作要以賽事的整體規(guī)劃為指導(dǎo),通過計(jì)劃及合理地組織、協(xié)調(diào)、和控制投入賽事的人、財(cái)、物、時(shí)間、信息等資源。同時(shí),賽事機(jī)構(gòu)部門與部門間要構(gòu)建線上線下系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制,采取多種協(xié)作途徑以解決賽事組織管理中溝通信息失真和受阻的問題。只有這樣才能使賽事順利完成并產(chǎn)生更大的社會(huì)效益,才有繼續(xù)舉行賽事的意義。
[Abstract]:In addition to the regular comprehensive sports events, Jiangxi Province also hosts and hosts the country every year. International integrated sporting events:. One is the 5th National Farmers Games held in Yichun on 2004. The other is the 7th National City Games held in Nanchang on 2011. The holding of these comprehensive events has played a great role in the development of Jiangxi. Positive promotion role. Although Jiangxi Province organized comprehensive sports events at all levels in the scale. The specification is getting larger and larger, but there is still room for improvement in the organization and management of the event. In view of this, this paper through literature research, expert interviews, practical investigation and other methods. Taking the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province as the research object, this paper makes a study on the organization and management of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province and draws the following conclusions and suggestions: 1. The organization structure of the organizing committee of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province is the functional competition structure, each department plan is detailed, the division of labor is clear. The process of organizing and managing comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province can be divided into five stages. They are: starting stage, preparatory stage, pre-competition preparation stage, competition stage and the end stage. As a complete comprehensive sports event, the emphasis on the overall nature. Each node in the whole event organization process is the core. Only by making every task and every detail of the event organization process in place is the foundation for the successful completion of the whole event. The spillover social value of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province comes from the success of the organization and management of the events. The organization and management of the events has gradually formed a standardized model and tends to improve. However, in the process of organizing the event there are some detailed work links that need to be improved in order to further improve the quality of the event. 2. The holding of comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province has produced a value of: 1) promoted the economic development of Jiangxi Province. 2) promoted the development of the cause of national fitness. Strengthen the consciousness of lifelong sports. 3) promote the culture of Jiangxi province, exchange and spread of red culture. 4) Sports events give birth to and perfect the social security system of Jiangxi people. Enriched the content of Huimin. 5) the goal of the comprehensive competition competition to enhance the people of Jiangxi pursue green, sustainable development of the concept. 6) promote the level and conditions of competitive sports training in Jiangxi Province, and cultivate sports. Suggestions on the organization and management of comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province: it is suggested that Jiangxi Province should look at the development of sports in Jiangxi Province in the long run from the overall situation; Grasp the competition area work, details to improve the overall quality of the event; Emphasize the socialization of the competition and widen the source of funds; To create a wider competition publicity atmosphere and expand the audience base. The organization department of the event should be guided by the overall planning of the event, through planning and reasonable organization, coordination, and control of the people involved in the event, wealth. At the same time, the competition agencies and departments should build the linkage mechanism between online and offline systems. In order to solve the problem of information distortion and hindrance in the organization and management of the event, only in this way can the competition be completed smoothly and bring more social benefits, and it is of great significance to continue to hold the competition.
