【摘要】：解決城市"流動黨員"和"流動人群"問題,要推進(jìn)街道社區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生保障和社會保障建設(shè);要大力推進(jìn)城市、城鎮(zhèn)和街道、社區(qū)服務(wù)園區(qū)或服務(wù)基地建設(shè);要大力推進(jìn)教育、文化、體育、休閑園區(qū)建設(shè)。只有把城市"流動人群"和"流動黨員"迎進(jìn)社區(qū)文明新家園,才是我國文明變遷中人民群眾的基本生活歸宿。
