【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國社會主義現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了"極低收入階段""低收入階段""下中等收入階段""上中等收入階段"四個時期。"十三五"時期,中國將進入全面建成小康社會時代,社會發(fā)展將再上新臺階,在保持6.5%以上經(jīng)濟增長率的基礎上,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展成果將進一步惠及民生,消除極端貧困人口,推進教育現(xiàn)代化,推進健康中國建設,實現(xiàn)充分就業(yè)目標,完善收入分配制度,實現(xiàn)社會保障制度全覆蓋等,使全體人民共享發(fā)展成果,國民素質(zhì)和社會文明程度顯著提高。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of China's socialist modernization has experienced four periods: "very low income stage", "low income stage", "lower middle income stage", "upper middle income stage" and "the 13th Five-Year Plan". China will enter the era of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and social development will rise to a new level. On the basis of maintaining the economic growth rate above 6.5%, the fruits of economic development will further benefit the people's livelihood and eliminate extreme poverty. We will promote the modernization of education, the building of a healthy China, the realization of the goal of full employment, the improvement of the income distribution system, and the full coverage of the social security system so that all the people can share in the fruits of development. The quality of the people and the degree of social civilization have improved significantly.
