【摘要】：在中國古代社會尊老敬老是一種社會風(fēng)氣,而養(yǎng)老不僅是一種道德規(guī)范、行為規(guī)范,更是一種法律責(zé)任。我國的思想文化具有繼承性、傳遞性,因此我國的養(yǎng)老問題可以從優(yōu)秀的文化遺產(chǎn)中尋找啟發(fā),而隋唐時期是我國歷史長河中最輝煌的一個時期,這一時期的養(yǎng)老思想及措施不僅是對前代的繼承,并且有所發(fā)揚,起到了承前啟后的作用。隋唐時期在社會保障特別是老年人權(quán)益保障方面,探索出了一套相對完善系統(tǒng)的綜合措施,包括基本的生活保障、法律保障、政治身份、社會福利與特權(quán)等方面比較具有人性化的措施,本文通過梳理隋唐時期養(yǎng)老思想以及措施,從而了解隋唐在贍養(yǎng)老年人方面的具體情況。本文在研究方法上主要運用了文獻法和歸納總結(jié)法,通過收集有關(guān)隋唐時期養(yǎng)老方面的歷史資料和文獻,對當(dāng)時的尊老敬老思想和當(dāng)時養(yǎng)老所采取的政策措施進行深入梳理。首先從隋唐“老”的年齡界定、儒道佛三家的孝道思想以及統(tǒng)治者的“孝治天下”來介紹隋唐時的尊老風(fēng)尚,其次從尊老的禮制和法制上闡述對老人的尊養(yǎng),如養(yǎng)老禮、鄉(xiāng)飲酒禮、不孝入罪、刑罰寬宥、權(quán)留養(yǎng)親等。再次從隋唐具體的養(yǎng)老措施上論述其如何尊養(yǎng)老人,例如對老人的賞賜、配給侍丁、賦役減免等。最后,根據(jù)資料分析概括出隋唐在尊老養(yǎng)老方面的獨特之處,例如：禮法相結(jié)合、覆蓋面廣、尊重女性老人以及注重“色養(yǎng)”父母等特點,并從這些特點中吸取可以解決當(dāng)今養(yǎng)老問題的可用之處,如效仿隋唐時期的弘揚孝文化、注重儒家所提倡的精神養(yǎng)老、充分發(fā)揮家庭在養(yǎng)老方面的作用,嚴(yán)格規(guī)定養(yǎng)老的承擔(dān)者等等�？偟膩碚f,研究隋唐時期的養(yǎng)老問題,有益于深化對隋唐社會歷史的研究,同時也可以取其精華,去其糟粕,為解決當(dāng)前我國面臨的老齡化問題提供思想方面的支持和措施方面的借鑒,并且也能夠使老年人社會保障體系得到健全。
[Abstract]:In the ancient Chinese society, respecting the old and respecting the elderly is a kind of social ethos, and the old-age support is not only a kind of moral standard, behavior norm, but also a kind of legal responsibility. Therefore, the pension problems in China can be found from the excellent cultural heritage inspiration, and the Sui and Tang dynasties is the most glorious period in the history of our country, this period of thought and measures is not only the inheritance of the previous generation. The Sui and Tang dynasties in the social security, especially the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly, explored a relatively perfect system of comprehensive measures, including the basic life security. Legal protection, political identity, social welfare and privileges and other aspects of more humane measures, this article through combing the Sui and Tang dynasties pension thoughts and measures. In order to understand the specific situation of the Sui and Tang dynasties in the maintenance of the elderly. This paper mainly used the literature method and the induction and summary method, through the collection of the Sui and Tang dynasties pension aspects of historical information and literature. The thought of respecting the old and respecting the elderly at that time and the policy measures taken at that time were thoroughly combed out. Firstly, the age of the "old" in the Sui and Tang dynasties was defined. The filial piety thought of three schools of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, as well as the ruler's "filial piety governing the world", introduced the vogue of respecting the old in the Sui and Tang dynasties, and then expounded the respect for the elderly from the etiquette of respecting the old and the legal system, such as the ceremony for the aged, the ritual of drinking in the countryside and the crime of unfilial piety. Again from the Sui and Tang dynasties on the specific old-age measures how to respect the elderly, such as the reward for the elderly, the allocation of Ding, tax relief and so on. Finally. According to the analysis of the data summarized the Sui and Tang dynasties in respect of the elderly in the unique aspects, such as: the combination of etiquette and law, wide coverage, respect for the elderly women and pay attention to the "color" parents and so on. And draw from these characteristics can be used to solve the problem of the elderly, such as imitating the Sui and Tang dynasties to promote filial piety culture, pay attention to the spiritual old-age care advocated by Confucianism, and give full play to the role of the family in old-age care. In general, the study of the pension issues during the Sui and Tang dynasties is beneficial to deepen the study of the social history of the Sui and Tang dynasties, but also to select its essence and discard its dross. In order to solve the problem of aging in China, it can provide ideological support and measures for reference, and can also make the social security system of the elderly sound.
