【摘要】：所謂民生問題就是人民的生活、生計問題。民生問題是一個動態(tài)性概念,不同的時代有不同的內(nèi)涵。當代中國的民生問題主要集中于教育、就業(yè)、分配、社保等方面;民生問題的解決關系著社會的和諧穩(wěn)定,關系著全面建成小康社會任務的完成。而早在20世紀20年代,中國共產(chǎn)黨先驅(qū)就開始探索解決中國民生問題的道路,惲代英烈士就是其中的代表。惲代英是中國無產(chǎn)階級革命家,中國共產(chǎn)黨早期政治活動家、理論家,對民生問題有大量的著述。今天,我們研究惲代英的民生思想,不僅可以深化對馬克思主義中國化研究,而且對于我們當前民生問7題的解決也具有重要的啟示意義。本文主要通過闡述惲代英民生思想的來源,梳理其民生思想的具體內(nèi)容,概括總結惲代英民生思想的特點,探究惲代英民生思想對當下的啟示。第一部分主要闡述了惲代英民生思想的理論來源。惲代英的民生思想是在吸收中國傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化、資產(chǎn)階級民生思想和馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家民生思想的基礎上形成的。第二部分系統(tǒng)地論述了惲代英民生思想的主要內(nèi)容。通過對惲代英著作、生平和現(xiàn)有研究成果的梳理,概括了惲代英國民教育、勞動就業(yè)、社會保障、收入分配和婦女解放這五個方面的思想。這五個方面的內(nèi)容是惲代英民生思想的主要組成部分。第三部分總結了惲代英民生思想的特點。惲代英民生思想的特點是以民為本、理論與實踐相結合、革命性、兼容并蓄和博采眾長。第四部分分析了惲代英民生思想的價值和啟示,主要包括對毛澤東民生思想形成的影響以及對構建社會主義和諧社會的啟示。惲代英民生思想的啟示有:以人為本是解決民生問題的原則;推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,提供更多的就業(yè)崗位;重視教育發(fā)展,促進教育公平;完善收入分配制度;關注弱勢群體的利益等。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is the livelihood of the people. Livelihood is a dynamic concept, different times have different connotations. Contemporary China's livelihood issues mainly focus on education, employment, distribution. Social security and other aspects; The solution of livelihood problems is related to the harmony and stability of the society and the completion of the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way. As early as 1920s. The pioneers of the Communist Party of China began to explore the road to solve the problems of people's livelihood in China, and the martyrs of Yun Daiying were the representatives of the Chinese proletarian revolutionaries, early political activists and theorists of the Communist Party of China. Today, we can not only deepen the study of Marxism in China, but also study Yun Daiying's thoughts on people's livelihood. And for our current livelihood to solve 7 questions also have an important enlightenment. This article mainly through the elaboration of Yun Daiying's livelihood thought of the source, combing the specific content of his livelihood thought. Summarize the characteristics of Yun Daiying's thought of people's livelihood. The first part mainly expounds the theoretical source of Yun Daiying's thought of people's livelihood. Yun Daiying's thought of people's livelihood is absorbing Chinese traditional excellent culture. The second part systematically discusses the main content of Yun Daiying's people's livelihood thought. Life and existing research results, summarized Yun Daiying's national education, labor and employment, social security. The content of these five aspects is the main component of Yun Daiying's people's livelihood thought. The third part summarizes the characteristics of Yun Daiying's people's livelihood thought and the characteristics of Yun Daiying's people's livelihood thought. It's people-oriented. The combination of theory and practice, revolutionary, inclusive and extensive. 4th part analyzes the value and inspiration of Yun Daiying's thought on people's livelihood. It mainly includes the influence on the formation of Mao Zedong's thought on people's livelihood and the enlightenment to the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The enlightenment of Yun Daiying's thought of people's livelihood is that people-oriented is the principle of solving the problems of people's livelihood; Promoting economic development and providing more jobs; Attach importance to the development of education and promote educational fairness; Perfecting the income distribution system; Pay attention to the interests of vulnerable groups.
