【摘要】：社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是在現(xiàn)代化、市場化和全球化時代背景、農(nóng)村發(fā)展滯后的中國現(xiàn)實背景和鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)相關(guān)知識背景下提出的一種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。目前,國內(nèi)外有關(guān)財政支持新農(nóng)村建設(shè)效應(yīng)方面的研究比較少,僅有的少量研究也大都局限于財政支持農(nóng)業(yè)方面,而缺乏對財政支持農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村教育、農(nóng)村醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生和農(nóng)村社會保障的綜合研究,且大都偏重于經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),鮮有將經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)和社會效應(yīng)統(tǒng)籌考慮和綜合評價的研究。因此,這無疑是一項具有重大理論和現(xiàn)實意義的研究課題。
[Abstract]:The construction of the new socialist countryside is a kind of development strategy put forward under the background of modernization, marketization and globalization, the background of the backward rural development in China and the related knowledge of rural construction. There are few researches on the effect of financial support to the construction of new countryside at home and abroad, only a small number of studies are limited to the financial support of agriculture, and lack of financial support for agriculture, rural education. The comprehensive study of rural medical and health and rural social security, and most of the emphasis on economic effects, there are few economic and social effects of the overall consideration and comprehensive evaluation of the study. This is undoubtedly a research topic of great theoretical and practical significance.
