【摘要】：在深入探討具有鮮明專業(yè)特色的醫(yī)學(xué)院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)倫理構(gòu)建的必要性和重要性基礎(chǔ)上,提出輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)倫理建構(gòu)的一般和特殊原則,從醫(yī)學(xué)院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)倫理構(gòu)建的社會(huì)保障體系、社會(huì)和學(xué)校聯(lián)動(dòng)教育體系、文化實(shí)踐體系和輔導(dǎo)員自身因素等方面提出解決路徑。
[Abstract]:After discussing the necessity and importance of basic construction with distinctive characteristics of professional counselors in medical colleges and universities of professional ethics, and put forward the general principles of the construction of special counselors' professional ethics, professional ethics construction of college counselors from the medical social security system, social and school linkage education system, put forward to solve the path of cultural practice system and counselors factors.
