【摘要】：目前我國的人口形勢已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大轉(zhuǎn)變。十八屆五中全會決定實施全面放開"二孩"政策,這意味著實行了30多年的獨生子女政策正式宣布結(jié)束,再也不受"雙獨二孩"或"單獨二孩"政策的限制。文章從經(jīng)濟學的視點出發(fā),分析全面放開"二孩"政策的原理和意義,探討全面放開"二孩"應注意的問題,并對"二孩"政策給予相應建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the population situation in our country has changed greatly. The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to implement the "two-child" policy in an all-round way, which means that the one-child policy, which has been in force for more than 30 years, has been officially terminated, and will no longer be restricted by the policy of "double independent two children" or "single and independent two children." From the point of view of economics, this paper analyzes the principle and significance of the policy of "two children" in an all-round way, probes into the problems that should be paid attention to when opening up the policy of "two children" in an all-round way, and gives corresponding suggestions on the policy of "two children".
