【摘要】：利用中國1952—2011年的數(shù)據(jù),從理論和實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面研究了非農(nóng)化、城鄉(xiāng)非農(nóng)結(jié)構(gòu)和人口轉(zhuǎn)移方式對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的影響。研究表明,城鎮(zhèn)化水平與非農(nóng)就業(yè)比重、農(nóng)村非農(nóng)就業(yè)占城鄉(xiāng)總非農(nóng)就業(yè)比重、城鎮(zhèn)勞動(dòng)參與率、農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)參與率四個(gè)變量間存在著均衡關(guān)系。中國城鎮(zhèn)化在波動(dòng)期、持續(xù)增長期、快速增長期等幾個(gè)發(fā)展階段中,受非農(nóng)化、城鄉(xiāng)非農(nóng)結(jié)構(gòu)和人口轉(zhuǎn)移方式的影響不一樣。中國城鎮(zhèn)化要健康發(fā)展,應(yīng)該調(diào)整城鄉(xiāng)非農(nóng)結(jié)構(gòu)和平滑城鎮(zhèn)化過程。同時(shí),要注意改變?nèi)丝谵D(zhuǎn)移方式,使更多的非勞動(dòng)力能伴隨勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移而進(jìn)入城鎮(zhèn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China from 1952 to 2011, this paper studies the influence of non-agricultural structure, urban-rural non-agricultural structure and population transfer mode on urbanization from theoretical and empirical aspects. The study shows that there is a balanced relationship between urbanization level and non-agricultural employment proportion, rural non-agricultural employment ratio, urban labor participation rate and rural labor participation rate. In the period of fluctuation, continuous growth and rapid growth, the urbanization in China is affected by the non-agricultural structure, the structure of urban and rural non-agriculture and the mode of population transfer. China's urbanization to healthy development, should adjust the urban and rural non-agricultural structure and smooth urbanization process. At the same time, attention should be paid to changing the mode of population transfer so that more non-labor force can enter cities and towns with the transfer of labor force.
