【摘要】：正人口計(jì)生工作如何能適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)、新任務(wù)的要求,更好地服務(wù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,不斷滿足人民群眾的需求,是我們?nèi)丝谟?jì)生工作者面臨的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。結(jié)合黨的十八大精神,筆者認(rèn)為要圍繞大局,突出重點(diǎn),以人為本,優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù),強(qiáng)化"五項(xiàng)工作"、實(shí)現(xiàn)"五個(gè)新突破"。1.進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),提高認(rèn)識(shí),在穩(wěn)定低生育水平上有新作為。各級(jí)人口計(jì)生部門應(yīng)從實(shí)際出發(fā),科學(xué)制定發(fā)展思路,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),提高思想認(rèn)識(shí),克服盲目樂(lè)觀和麻痹松懈的思想,對(duì)穩(wěn)定低生育水平的重要性、長(zhǎng)期性、艱巨性和復(fù)雜性保持清醒認(rèn)識(shí),堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)行的生育政策不動(dòng)搖,堅(jiān)持黨政一把手親自抓、負(fù)總責(zé)不動(dòng)搖,堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)定加強(qiáng)基層
[Abstract]:How to adapt to the new situation and new tasks, better serve the social and economic development, and constantly meet the needs of the people is an important problem that our population and family planning workers are faced with. Combined with the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Party, the author thinks that we should focus on the overall situation, give prominence to the key points, put people first, provide high-quality services, strengthen the "five tasks", and realize the "five new breakthroughs". 1. Further strengthen leadership, raise awareness, and have new achievements in stabilizing low fertility levels. The departments of population and family planning at all levels should proceed from reality, scientifically formulate development thinking, further strengthen leadership, raise ideological awareness, overcome the idea of blind optimism and slackening, and be of long-term importance to stabilizing the low fertility level.
