【摘要】：隨著整個產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整,農(nóng)業(yè)部門收入占GDP總量的比例不斷下降,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村人口參與國民收入分配的份額越來越少,迫使大量農(nóng)民向非農(nóng)部門轉(zhuǎn)移。轉(zhuǎn)移到城鎮(zhèn)的農(nóng)民有很大部分并沒有被城鎮(zhèn)完全接納,對社會穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成威脅。要按傳統(tǒng)方式將我國眾多的農(nóng)村人口城鎮(zhèn)化幾乎是不可能的。必須從國情出發(fā),利用新的科技成果,使非農(nóng)化的農(nóng)村人口在大中城市、小城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村合理分布,走我國特有的城鄉(xiāng)一體化的道路。
[Abstract]:With the continuous adjustment of the whole industrial structure, the proportion of agricultural sector income to the total GDP is declining, which leads to the rural population participating in the national income distribution less and less, forcing a large number of farmers to transfer to the non-agricultural sector. A large proportion of the peasants transferred to the towns are not fully accepted by the towns, posing a threat to social stability. It is almost impossible to urbanize a large number of rural population in our country according to the traditional way. It is necessary to make use of the new scientific and technological achievements in order to make the non-agricultural rural population distribute reasonably in large and medium-sized cities, small towns and rural areas, and take the unique road of urban-rural integration in China.
