【摘要】：人口素質(zhì)測(cè)度研究歷來倍受學(xué)界關(guān)注。以往學(xué)界從絕對(duì)思維理念測(cè)度區(qū)域人口素質(zhì),因人口素質(zhì)及其影響因素的復(fù)雜性,其測(cè)度方法的科學(xué)性有待驗(yàn)證,測(cè)度結(jié)果的高低層次劃分很難予以明確界定。本文尊重人口素質(zhì)發(fā)展規(guī)律,基于相對(duì)比較理念,構(gòu)建區(qū)域人口素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以人口素質(zhì)各構(gòu)成要素和綜合素質(zhì)建立測(cè)度模型,運(yùn)用湖南數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行人口素質(zhì)實(shí)證分析,其測(cè)度分析結(jié)果與湖南人口素質(zhì)實(shí)際基本吻合。這種分析視角的創(chuàng)新克服了絕對(duì)思維理念的弊病,測(cè)度方法更科學(xué)、測(cè)度結(jié)果更客觀。
[Abstract]:The research on the measurement of population quality has always been concerned by scholars. Because of the complexity of the population quality and its influencing factors, the scientific nature of the measuring method needs to be verified, and it is difficult to clearly define the division of the high and low levels of the measurement results because of the complexity of the population quality and its influencing factors in the past academic circles. This paper respects the law of the development of population quality, based on the concept of relative comparison, constructs the evaluation index system of regional population quality, sets up a measurement model based on the elements of population quality and comprehensive quality, and makes an empirical analysis of population quality by using Hunan data. The results of measurement and analysis are basically consistent with the actual situation of Hunan population quality. The innovation of the analytical perspective overcomes the shortcoming of absolute thinking, and the measurement method is more scientific and the measurement result is more objective.
