【摘要】：中國是世界上人口最多的國家，也是老齡人口最多的國家。中國的人口老齡化問題，不僅僅是中國自身的問題，也是世界的問題，備受關(guān)注。在這樣的背景下，老年人養(yǎng)老問題，已經(jīng)成為擺在我們面前最重要的課題。 老年人的養(yǎng)老分為物質(zhì)養(yǎng)老和精神養(yǎng)老。物質(zhì)養(yǎng)老是養(yǎng)老的基礎(chǔ)，精神養(yǎng)老是養(yǎng)老的更高層次，二者是不可分割的統(tǒng)一體。近年來，我國學(xué)者對物質(zhì)養(yǎng)老方面做了很多研究，取得了重要的成果，，對精神養(yǎng)老方面的研究還不多見。 作者以社會學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)，力求通過對老年人精神養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)象的分析，探索老年人精神養(yǎng)老的基本需求，明確解決我國人口老齡化時(shí)期政府、社會、子女應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任和義務(wù)，揭示我國老年人精神養(yǎng)老的基本規(guī)律，得出基本結(jié)論。在精神養(yǎng)老體系的設(shè)計(jì)上，作者以物質(zhì)養(yǎng)老模式為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合我國基本國情，為解決老年人精神養(yǎng)老提出建議和意見。 在研究我國老年人精神養(yǎng)老問題的過程中，本文還借鑒了國外老年人精神養(yǎng)老的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為我國構(gòu)建精神養(yǎng)老體系提供必要的借鑒。
[Abstract]:China is the most populous and aging country in the world. China's aging population, not only its own problem, but also the world's problem, has attracted much attention. In this context, the elderly pension problem, has become the most important subject in front of us. The old age support is divided into material pension and spiritual pension. The material endowment is the foundation of the aged, the spiritual endowment is the higher level of the aged, and the two are inseparable unity. In recent years, Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on material endowment, and achieved important results. On the basis of sociology, economics, psychology and so on, the author tries hard to explore the basic needs of the aged in order to solve the problem of government and society during the aging of the population. The responsibility and obligation of the children reveal the basic law of the old people's mental endowment in our country and draw the basic conclusion. In the design of the mental pension system, the author based on the material pension model, combined with the basic situation of our country, put forward some suggestions and suggestions for solving the problem of the elderly spiritual old-age support. In the process of studying the problem of the aged's spiritual old-age in our country, this paper also draws lessons from the foreign experience of the aged's spiritual old-age support, and provides the necessary reference for the construction of our country's mental old-age support system.
