【摘要】：正快速城市化時(shí)期,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了巨大的變化,人口的大規(guī)模流動(dòng)是其中最重要的變化之一。流動(dòng)人口的產(chǎn)生和存在,對(duì)推動(dòng)城市化進(jìn)程、推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長等方面做出了極大貢獻(xiàn)。但同時(shí)我們也應(yīng)看到,由于我國流動(dòng)人口數(shù)量龐大,流動(dòng)性強(qiáng),廣大流動(dòng)人口的工作及住宿經(jīng)常變換,對(duì)于這些流動(dòng)人口的信息難以跟蹤掌握,也難以有效管理。這樣一方面不利于社會(huì)的安定,另一方面,也無法為流動(dòng)人口提供醫(yī)療、就業(yè)、子女教育等公共服務(wù)。因此,需要對(duì)流動(dòng)人口的現(xiàn)狀、
