中國人口空間流動(dòng)格局與省際流動(dòng)

影響因素研究

【內(nèi)容摘要】利用“五普”“六普”及數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用空間分析方法，從省內(nèi)流動(dòng)和省際流動(dòng)兩個(gè)角度，分省、市、縣三個(gè)層面對我國人口空間流動(dòng)格局進(jìn)行了空間自相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果表明，省外流入人口呈

中、西部人口向東部沿海集中化流動(dòng)，，熱點(diǎn)分析進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了珠三角、長三角、京現(xiàn)明顯的空間集聚，

津冀三個(gè)全國性集聚中心的存在。運(yùn)用一般回歸模型和空間回歸模型，結(jié)論表明影響省內(nèi)和省外人口流入的因素同中有異。第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和較高的職工工資是城市吸引省內(nèi)和省外流動(dòng)人口的重要

社會(huì)公共資源對省內(nèi)人口流入影響較大，而就業(yè)率和城市化水平對省外人口流入影響較大。這因素，

些發(fā)現(xiàn)可為國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化過程中培育發(fā)展中西部城市群、加快發(fā)展中小城市等戰(zhàn)略提供有益參考。

Abstract：Basedonthedataof2000and2010populationcensusesinChina，thispaperinvesti-gatesthespatialpatternsofChinesepopulationmobilityusingspatialanalysismethods．Visualizeda-nalysisandspatialautocorrelationanalysisareconductedforintra－andinter－provincialpopulationin－migrationrespectivelyatprovince，cityandcountylevels．Ｒesultsshowthatthereisasignificanttrendofgeographicalconcentrationforinter－provincialmigrationfromeasterncoastalregiontomiddleand

Hotspotsanalysisverifiesthreenationwideagglomerationcenters：PearlＲiverwesternregionsinChina．

Delta，YangtzeＲiverDeltaandBeijing－Tianjin－HebeiMetropolitanArea．Onthesebases，thispaperquantitativelyidentifiescityattractivenessfactorsthatrespectivelyhaveimpactsonintra－andinter－provincialpopulationin－migrationatthecitylevel，usingordinarymultivariateregressionandspatialregressionmodels．Developmentoftertiaryindustryandlocalwagelevelbothaffectthechoiceofmi-grationdestinationsforintra－provincialandinter－provincialfloatingpopulation；localsocialpublicre-sourceshavesignificantimpactonintra－provincialmigration；highemploymentrateandhighurbani-zationrateare“pulling”factorsforinter－provincialmigration．Policyimplicationsarediscussed．
