【摘要】：“大躍進(jìn)”以及三年困難時(shí)期,由于糧食和副食品的短缺,因而造成了全國(guó)性的大饑荒。再加上當(dāng)時(shí)嚴(yán)重的左傾錯(cuò)誤,這些不僅對(duì)我國(guó)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響,更是嚴(yán)重的影響了婚姻和家庭狀況,從而對(duì)中國(guó)人口的生育、死亡、遷移以及發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響。這主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:三年困難導(dǎo)致結(jié)婚率的下降,家庭規(guī)模的縮小和家庭總量的減少,從而造成了生育率的下降;三年的困難時(shí)期使死亡人口上升;三年困難時(shí)期人口自然增長(zhǎng)率下降;三年困難時(shí)期人口總量呈現(xiàn)出減少的趨勢(shì)。1960年人口比上一年凈減少1000萬年,這是新中國(guó)成立以來人口唯一負(fù)增長(zhǎng)的年份。 “大躍進(jìn)”以及三年困難時(shí)期是新中國(guó)成立以來中國(guó)人口的特殊發(fā)展時(shí)期。這個(gè)時(shí)期的人口問題不僅僅是在人口的數(shù)量上產(chǎn)生了巨大變化,而且在人口的質(zhì)量和結(jié)構(gòu)上也有一定的影響。研究這一時(shí)期的社會(huì)狀況、人口發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),不僅使我們更加深刻的了解當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)的人口狀況,而且對(duì)以后中國(guó)社會(huì)人口工作的開展、人口政策的制定與執(zhí)行都有更為深遠(yuǎn)的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 本文采取文獻(xiàn)研究的方法。通過查閱、搜集全國(guó)與各省在“三年困難”時(shí)期及其前后幾年的人口統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和大量相關(guān)資料,通過對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)和資料進(jìn)行分類、匯總,并將這一時(shí)期全國(guó)人口數(shù)據(jù)資料與其前后的人口數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析,得出“三年困難”時(shí)期全國(guó)人口的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:" Great Leap Forward " and the three - year difficult period , due to the shortage of food and food , the country ' s big famine is caused by the shortage of food and deputy food . These problems have caused a serious impact on China ' s national economy . This is mainly manifested in the following aspects : the decline of marriage rate , the reduction of family size and the decrease of total family total , which have caused the decline of the fertility rate ; the population in the difficult period of three years has declined ; the total population in the period of three years has decreased . In 1960 , the population was reduced by 10 million years compared with the previous year , which is the only year in which the population has been growing in the last year .

The population problem in this period is not only a great change in the quantity of the population , but also has some influence on the quality and structure of the population . The study of the social situation and population development in the period not only makes us more deeply aware of the population situation of the society at the time , but also has far - reaching theoretical and practical significance to the development of the social population in the future , and the formulation and implementation of population policy .

Based on the study of literature , the author collects the population statistic data and the large amount of relevant information in the period of " three years difficult " and several years before and after the whole country and every province . Through the classification and summarization of the data and data obtained , this paper makes a comparative analysis of the population data of the whole country and the population data before and after it , and obtains the characteristics of the whole population during the three - year period .
