首都圈流動(dòng)人口空間分布特征及政策啟示

【摘要】:以首都圈人口普查數(shù)據(jù)、抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù)和有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)為依據(jù),以地級市作為研究的空間尺度,分析首都圈流動(dòng)人口空間分布的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)特征。研究結(jié)果表明,首都圈是流動(dòng)人口集中分布的重要區(qū)域,該區(qū)域流動(dòng)人口空間分布整體上極度不均衡,集聚特征明顯。2000年到2015年間首都圈流動(dòng)人口增長迅速,近幾年增速減緩,但向京、津集聚態(tài)勢沒變。北京市流動(dòng)人口年輕化特征最明顯,天津市、河北省老齡流動(dòng)人口相對較多。首都圈13個(gè)市流動(dòng)人口的受教育水平總體不高,空間差異不明顯。以上表明,雖然整個(gè)區(qū)域人口調(diào)控效果逐漸顯現(xiàn),但首都圈流動(dòng)人口持續(xù)并繼續(xù)向核心地區(qū)集聚的趨勢,使得今后人口調(diào)控任務(wù)仍然艱巨。另外流動(dòng)人口年齡、受教育程度等在空間上所表現(xiàn)出來的差異,說明人口流動(dòng)會加重津、冀的人口老齡化,流動(dòng)人口的專業(yè)化技能還比較低,提高素質(zhì)仍是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:Based on the census data, sampling survey data, statistical yearbook data and related documents, the dynamic and static characteristics of the spatial distribution of floating population in the capital circle are analyzed by taking the prefecture-level cities as the spatial scale of the study. The results show that the capital circle is an important region for the concentration and distribution of floating population. The spatial distribution of the floating population in this region is extremely unbalanced and the agglomeration characteristics are obvious. From 2000 to 2015, the floating population in the capital circle increased rapidly, and the growth rate slowed down in recent years. But to Beijing, Tianjin agglomeration situation has not changed. The characteristics of Beijing floating population is the most obvious, Tianjin, Hebei Province relatively large aging floating population. The education level of floating population in 13 cities of Capital Circle is not high, and the spatial difference is not obvious. The above results show that although the effect of population regulation and control in the whole region is gradually apparent, the floating population in the capital circle continues to gather to the core area, which makes the task of population regulation and control in the future still arduous. In addition, the difference of floating population age and education level in space shows that population mobility will aggravate Tianjin, Hebei's aging population, floating population's specialized skills are still relatively low, it is still very necessary to improve the quality of the floating population.
