【摘要】：東北人口流失是一個十分復(fù)雜的問題。本文利用2015年國家衛(wèi)計委流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用比較研究的方式,以東北流出流入人口為樣本,重點研究流動人口的流入地城市長期居留意愿差異,定量研究發(fā)現(xiàn)東北的高學(xué)歷人口流失嚴(yán)重,非農(nóng)戶口人群高比例流失,年富力強者和事業(yè)有成者偏好于非東北地區(qū)。從更好地發(fā)展東北經(jīng)濟的目的出發(fā),提出重視東北本地人才、加快城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和政府改革步伐的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Population loss in Northeast China is a very complicated problem. Based on the survey data of floating population dynamics of the State Health and Family Planning Commission in 2015, this paper focuses on the difference of long-term residence intention of floating population in the cities where the floating population is in the city, using the method of comparative study and taking the inflow population of northeast China as a sample. The quantitative study found that the population with higher education in Northeast China was losing seriously, the population of non-agricultural hukou was losing in high proportion, and the young and successful people preferred to be in the non-Northeast region. Based on the purpose of better development of northeast economy, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to attach importance to local talents in Northeast China, and to speed up the development of urban economy and the pace of government reform.
