【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職興起并迅速發(fā)展,同時(shí)期中國人口也在進(jìn)行大規(guī)模的流動(dòng)。在建立耦合系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,構(gòu)建人口流動(dòng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職交互作用的關(guān)聯(lián)度模型和耦合度模型,分析人口流動(dòng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職耦合的主要因素及成因,并從時(shí)空角度對(duì)其耦合度的演變規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)系統(tǒng)要素耦合的機(jī)制復(fù)雜,且關(guān)系密切;(2)耦合度分布基本符合東、中西的空間分異規(guī)律,根據(jù)耦合度大小,大致把我國省區(qū)劃分為和諧、磨合和拮抗3個(gè)類型區(qū);(3)耦合度時(shí)序變動(dòng)表現(xiàn)出一定的階段性,在2005年以前處于低度耦合階段,2005年以后二者關(guān)聯(lián)逐步密切,2010年達(dá)到中度耦合程度,2015年耦合作用更加明顯。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet, the rise and rapid development of online job search, the same period of Chinese population is also a large-scale flow. On the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of coupling system, using grey relational analysis method, the correlation degree model and coupling degree model of population mobility and network job search interaction are constructed. This paper analyzes the main factors and causes of the coupling between population mobility and online job-hunting, and analyzes the evolution law of the coupling degree from the angle of time and space. The results show that the coupling mechanism of the system elements is complex, and the relationship is close. The distribution of coupling degree basically accords with the law of spatial differentiation between east and west. According to the degree of coupling, the provinces and regions of our country are roughly divided into harmony. The time series variation of running-in and antagonistic three types of areas shows a certain stage. It was in the stage of low coupling before 2005, and the relationship between the two was close after 2005. In 2010, the coupling degree was moderate, and the coupling effect in 2015 was more obvious.
