【摘要】：2009年8月30日,中國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)了《中國(guó)圖們江區(qū)域合作開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)劃綱要——以長(zhǎng)吉圖為開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放先導(dǎo)區(qū)》,標(biāo)志著長(zhǎng)吉圖開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放先導(dǎo)區(qū)成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,成為推動(dòng)大圖們江地區(qū)國(guó)際開(kāi)發(fā)的重要載體。長(zhǎng)吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)作為中國(guó)批準(zhǔn)實(shí)施的第一個(gè)沿邊開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放區(qū)域,不僅給吉林省的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和對(duì)外開(kāi)放提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇,而且對(duì)于促進(jìn)東北老工業(yè)基地振興,推動(dòng)圖們江地區(qū)國(guó)際開(kāi)發(fā)和東北亞區(qū)域合作具有重要意義。本文在分析吉圖開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放先導(dǎo)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和對(duì)外開(kāi)放的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)研究長(zhǎng)吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)人口數(shù)量、結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)、分布、遷移等方面,探討長(zhǎng)吉圖先導(dǎo)區(qū)內(nèi)人口分布與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,分析先導(dǎo)區(qū)人口與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展面臨問(wèn)題和解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:On August 30, 2009, the State Council of China approved the outline of China's Tumen River Regional Cooperative Development Planning-taking Changji Tu as the development and opening leading area, which marks the development of the Changjitu open pilot area as a national strategy. To become an important carrier to promote the international development of the Tumen River area. As the first frontier development and opening area approved by China, the Changjitu pilot area not only provides an unprecedented opportunity for the social and economic development and opening up of Jilin Province, but also promotes the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China. It is of great significance to promote international development in the Tumen River region and regional cooperation in Northeast Asia. Based on the analysis of the economic development and opening to the outside world, this paper focuses on the population quantity, structure, employment, distribution, migration and so on. This paper probes into the relationship between population distribution and economic development in Changjitu-Pioneer area, and analyzes the problems and solutions to the coordinated development of population and economy in the pilot area.
