【摘要】：基于"五普""六普"街道、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用GIS及人口密度模型分析天津市人口郊區(qū)化的時(shí)空演變特征,并根據(jù)2005—2015年各區(qū)縣數(shù)據(jù),剖析其動(dòng)力因素。結(jié)果表明:天津市中心區(qū)繁榮與郊區(qū)化并存,屬于市中心發(fā)展型郊區(qū)化;天津已形成多中心格局,副中心人口聚集效應(yīng)日益顯著;人口郊區(qū)化伴隨就業(yè)崗位的郊區(qū)化,但人口和產(chǎn)業(yè)存在空間分異現(xiàn)象;土地、住房制度改革及郊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展加快了人口郊區(qū)化進(jìn)程,公共服務(wù)的集中延緩了人口向郊區(qū)遷移,濱海新區(qū)發(fā)展、交通與通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)代化為人口向郊區(qū)的遷移創(chuàng)造了條件。提出進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)城市組團(tuán)式發(fā)展、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與布局調(diào)整及以公共服務(wù)引導(dǎo)人口流動(dòng)等措施實(shí)現(xiàn)中心城區(qū)人口向郊區(qū)有序分流。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of "five popular" and "six popular" streets and towns, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of population suburbanization in Tianjin by using GIS and population density model, and analyzes its dynamic factors according to the data of each district and county from 2005 to 2015. The results show that the prosperity and suburbanization coexist in the central district of Tianjin, which belongs to the development suburbanization of the city center, the multi-center pattern has been formed in Tianjin, the effect of population concentration in the sub-center is becoming more and more significant, and the suburbanization of population is accompanied by the suburbanization of the employment position. However, there is spatial differentiation between population and industry; land, housing system reform and suburban economic development have accelerated the process of population suburbanization, and the concentration of public services has slowed the migration of population to the suburbs, and the development of Binhai New area. The modernization of transportation and communication networks has created conditions for population migration to the suburbs. The paper puts forward some measures such as further promoting the development of urban groups, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and layout, and guiding the population flow through public services to realize the orderly diversion of population from the central city to the suburbs.
