本文選題：區(qū)域人口遷移　切入點：社會動力機制　出處：《理論探討》2014年06期

【摘要】：從社會發(fā)展的動力機制考量,我國當(dāng)代人口遷移的非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)走向及人口遷移向經(jīng)濟集聚度高的區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)移之趨勢,為我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供了豐富的勞動力資源,并成為我國城鎮(zhèn)化快速推進的重要助力器。但是,由于宏觀地理環(huán)境及經(jīng)濟政策所限,我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟空間格局并未得到顯著改善,區(qū)域人口空間分布及人口遷移空間走向不均衡特性并未改變。要以打造新生代農(nóng)民工為切題,著力解決遷入地勞動力的"結(jié)構(gòu)荒"與"質(zhì)量荒";要以強化遷出地勞動力培育為手段,大力促進遷出地勞動力回流,以反哺我國中西部經(jīng)濟發(fā)展;要以剩余勞動力產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移為契機,積極加大第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的人才吸納能力,以充分釋放當(dāng)下中國"人口紅利",促成我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟"恒者恒強"、"先進帶后進"均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Considering from the motive mechanism of social development, the trend of non-agricultural industry of contemporary population migration and the transfer of population migration to regions with high economic concentration has provided abundant labor resources for the regional economic development of our country.And has become our country urbanization fast advancement important booster.However, due to the limitation of macro-geographical environment and economic policy, the spatial pattern of regional economy in China has not been significantly improved, and the spatial distribution of regional population and the spatial trend of population migration have not changed.We should focus on creating a new generation of migrant workers to solve the "structural shortage" and "quality shortage" of the migrant labor force, and take strengthening the cultivation of the migrant labor force as a means to vigorously promote the return of the migrant labor force.In order to feed back the economic development of China's central and western regions, we should take the industrial transfer of surplus labor as an opportunity to actively increase the ability of the tertiary industry to absorb talents,In order to fully release the current China's "demographic dividend", promote China's regional economy "constant strength", "advanced with the backward" balanced development strategy.
