“全面二孩”政策下城市居民生育現(xiàn)狀及意愿分析——以浙江省金華市調(diào)查為例

【摘要】:文章基于萊賓斯坦的孩子成本—效用理論,建立二孩效用和成本壓力量表,在"全面二孩"政策下,對(duì)浙江省金華市育齡人員生育二孩意愿現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)調(diào)查,通過(guò)卡方檢驗(yàn)和二元Logistic回歸分析找出影響生育二孩意愿的因素,以及已生育二孩的育齡者與沒(méi)有生育二孩的育齡者間的特征差異。研究結(jié)果表明,金華市有35.41%的育齡者已生育二孩,生育二孩育齡者與一孩育齡者間在學(xué)歷、家庭月收入、一孩的性別等多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)上存在顯著性差異。有42%的一孩育齡者有生二孩的意愿,生育二孩的動(dòng)力主要是為了孩子有伴、減少教育失敗、避免失獨(dú)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及緩解養(yǎng)老壓力等,不愿意生育二孩原因主要是經(jīng)濟(jì)與家庭關(guān)系壓力。
[Abstract]:Based on Leibstein's theory of cost-utility of children, this paper establishes the second child utility and cost stress scale, and under the policy of "comprehensive second-child", investigates the present situation of childbearing age people's desire to have a second child in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Through chi-square test and binary Logistic regression analysis, we find out the factors that influence the willingness to have a second child, and the differences between the childbearing age and the childbearing age without a second child. In Jinhua City, 35.41% of the children of childbearing age have already given birth to two children, and there are significant differences in educational background, monthly income of the family, sex of one child and so on between those who have two children and those who have one child. There are 42% people of one-child childbearing age who have the desire to have two children. The motive force of having a second child is to have a partner, to reduce the failure of education, to avoid the risk of losing independence and to ease the pressure on the aged. The main reason for the reluctance to have a second child is the pressure of economic and family relations.
